I'm throwing out my annual invite to our Shaping Up thread.  If you are crossing your fingers as we are all for some new Adam music it's always great to be in shape to shake it up at concert or full blast in your living room.  You can join up to lose weight or just eat better.  We don't care.  It's a great place to share recipies and talk to others that are trying to make sure we are around to enjoy Adam for many years to come.
