Having a massively sad moment....My last two 24 hour shifts have been overwhelming and I cannot even imagine attempting the trip to Winstar now. In fact the month of December has been outrageous. Every 24 hour shift has been long and hard and I have been involved in 11 deliveries total, so I am not going to the show (insert sobbing on my partner's shoulder HERE) so I can take these three days to regroup and wait for January's shit show to begin as demand for our services is just increasing. And while I can be thankful that being busy is good for business, being up for 19-24 hours shift after shift is terrible. The bright silver lining is I will be spending NYE with my daughter and her HB who are here from CA. I have not seen her since April and she is here for the holidays longer than I expected she would be. SO...I have 4 tickets to the NYE show that could go to a good home. And if they don't I have released attachment to the $ invested at this point. For 11 deliveries in a month there are bonuses involved! I'm so sorry that you can't go! It sounds as if you've been through the wringer and you certainly don't want to risk total exhaustion. Hopefully there will be another show in the future that you can attend when the workload slows down. (Hey, people! Stop having sex so amw doesn't have to deliver so many babies!) I know of a Glambert who was scheduled to attend a show several years ago and days before it happened she broke her foot. Now she's seeing Adam for the first time tomorrow night! Have a wonderful time with your daughter. |

I'm watching the iHeart concert now. It started at 7pm central time on the CW on charter. Getting excited again even though I've seen it!  It started at 8:00 PM here on U Verse and I'm in CT zone, also. |

Thanks murly. It was hard to realize what is necessary here, especially after seeing the videos from last night, but my body does not want to spend 10 hours on the road in the next two days. I can't totally exhaust myself, even for the love, the addiction, the fascination, the high, the obsession to see Adam LIVE, my favorite way to enjoy him!!
My sister has already found a good house party with a live band and a bunch of fun people that we can all go to, so I will enjoy the local company and be grateful for the live rock n roll that I will partake in. It will keep the grief at bay....

I was so excited watching Adam along with all you wonderful Atoppers last night. It was so nice not to have to watch alone. This is a great place...Thanks to all of you who make it happen. I can't stop watching the LMD video, it is soooo exciting to watch!! |
