Yes, they did a couple demos for AVICII's album -- Adam, Nile and AVICII. There was also a writing session with Adam, Nile, AVICII and Mystery Skulls which I believe was for Mystery Skulls' debut album. No info on the outcome of either session -- and with Nile involved, no info means he knows nothing. Thanks for the info Q3. And yeah....ya gotta love Nile!

Booo. Supreme Court has put a hold on marriage equality in Utah until an appeal is decided. :( It's disappointing, but the appeal will go to the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which has twice denied a stay to Judge Shelby's ruling and seems almost certain to uphold the ruling once again. So that's hopeful. If the Circuit Court upholds the ruling, the state of Utah would appeal it to the Supreme Court again, which could either refuse to hear the appeal (in which case marriage equality would stand) or would have to rule on the larger question of whether it is constitutional for states to ban same-sex marriage. Some comments on Huffington Post are saying that this could be a good thing in the long run, because it is likely to result in yet another ruling in favor of marriage equality, and the more times it can be upheld, the stronger it will be. Eventually the opponents will run out of appeals and will have to face reality. ETA: I want to add that if it goes back to the Supreme Court and they rule that any amendment which prohibits same-sex marriage is unconstitutional, Utah will have itself to thank for making marriage equality the law of the land. And wouldn't that be poetic justice! ETA2: Love this comment from Huffington Post: "There's a TV show called 'The Bachelor' that basically turns marriage into a game show. It's in Season 18 without any so-called 'conservative' groups even batting an eye."

@ theosgma, I thoroughly agree with you. I meant to add, that Adam was more than likely to be attending to business, and not just there to see a concert. If he is staying with Adam, this was the perfect time to go to NY for a few weeks. I am sure that Adam has some serious album stuff going on, it seemed to co-inside with Sauli entertaining a Finnish friend from DOI. Adam likes Saulis friends, especially if they can speak English, but Adam has work to do now, and can't be off shopping and going to amusement parks.

I believe that once you stan this man, a fundamental change happens to your cellular structure. Your entire being is programmed to register AFL and anything even remotely related to him before all other stimuli. This applies to sound, visuals and language. That's how it is for me, anyway. I experience life through an Adam filter now and life has never been better!

It's in Season 18 without any so-called 'conservative' groups even batting an eye." I think this is a set back, but a temporary one. I would imagine by March or April we will know how long the set back will be. That is when it is anticipated that the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals should be done. I heard that in an online KSL Facebook survey, 23% of respondents voted that the state should spend up to $2 million dollars appealing the ruling against our Protection of Marriage amendment. 77% voted that the state should not fight the ruling from the 10th Circuit. I don't know how well this represents "the people" of Utah, but I think sentiments are changing. This past week, I have seen same-sex couples, twice, in two different eating establishments in Ogden, walking hand-in-hand and being a couple. This got my attention, because outside of SLC, I really don't see this. Other customers noticed this too. Some smiled, others just went about their lives. This is the country I want my daughter to grow up in, one where love is love and people can be free to choose who they love. I hope this temporary stay does not force people back into hiding. We are on a forward momentum, it's too late to turn it back. Outlaws of Love is really appropriate for the climate in Utah, right now.
