He'll finish recording it first..... *** I think the "recording it first" is PR stuff. Not a lie, but not the real reason either. I believe there is a 1 year gap between the end of Adam's contract with 19R/licensing to Sony-RCA and when he can resign with a new label. That should be over now since he split with 19R almost exactly 1 year ago. During that time, no one can talk about what is going on. NOTE: With Adam, however, a demo could be like LMD, the finished track.  What is the "normal" course of events (if there is one at all)? Do they announce a new label separately from a new album? Do they bundle it all? It seems to me Adam is bursting at all his emotional seams to announce the news, whatever those are I am sure he is dying to say something to fans -- but I am trying hard not to assume too much. All we really know if that he will have a new album and it will almost certainly be out in 2014. Everything else is a guess because no one involved in this is even giving hints. For a new artist (not Adam), the announcement is almost always made at signing. For high-profile artists who sign to a new label the strategy varies. New deals are almost always announced within a few weeks of signing. It depends on the promo strategy. One exception is deals with publicly traded companies -- where new contracts with major artists are almost always announce within the financial quarter it occurs in if the new label is publicly traded because it is usually "material" is important to investors and SEC regs require disclosure. UMG and Sony are publicly traded, WMG is private. Most indie labels are private. I do not think that a deal with Adam would involve enough money to be classified as "material" so just a matter of the promo strategy. One thing I am sure of, and I do not care what Shosh tweets, they will start promotion before this album is done. I have followed Adam too long to believe that one. |

My mind is jumping everywhere today. so if he has not had a label in 2013 his music will be ALL ADAM, his choices, his producers? forward motion... whoo... Theatre? Album, certain. Film? More Tv? Queen? How many? Where? LA and NYC for sure? Should I buy another RV for just traveling between concerts? Need a bigger piggy bank.... Need to go into training to keep up....  |

hmmm. the "fashion" on the scoutsixteen blog looks somewhat generic (pedestrian? ), like something regular guys on anyday would wear. I tried to buy the doc marten wingtips for my son over xmas, but he claimed he had enough boots. Wonder why Adam is promoting this guy....well he is cute.............

Yay for 2014 and intense forward motion - bring it on! I want music, I want a tour, I want TV, I want Magazines, I want radio, I WANT IT ALL lol!
I think Adam tweeted that guys blog cuz he either 1. met him in NYC and liked him, wanted to support or 2. just thinks he's cute and is flirting
Adam doesn't usually turn us on to fashion blogs or really any kind of blogs unless he is supporting a friend or a cause IMO.
