I was put off and distracted by all the busy rugs, even in the kitchen and bathrooms. The furniture is doing nothing to sell the house and it would look better empty. If ever there was a home in need of a decorating consultant it's this one! Dear Curly, i am sure the furniture and the rugs would not have been Adam's taste either and would have been gone in a second, but you might have noticed that i said the house and the garden is beautiful, not the Decor. It would have been a safe neighbourhood and i imagine it may not be easy to find as other houses.
Well whatever, BAD Dale.

Looks like Adam is helping her recovering her from break-up. Reading his thoughts...."Yeah, that's right! I 've shared the stage with Queen and Kiss.....Elton John has hugged me.....and now Ozzy's kid is my BFF!! Life is GOOOOOOD!"

Anyone else thinking she got a real crush on him, can't be just me with this feeling I think Adam is just so loved.. IMHO men, women and little children who know him, meet him or see him just seem to want to either touch him,hug him or kiss him.. I want to hug his pictures, lick his face..there is something about this man that screams affection. He's so approachable & loving.I'm sure Kelly loves him as a great friend.

Singers have enormous risk to absorb, before they ever see a penny. Many have to earn a living as waiters, etc., because there is no money coming in for them, in spite of years of practice and development of their talents. Many others are scraping by, but not earning a ton. I would assume that many ex-idols, whose names we still know, but who have otherwise disappeared from public eye, belong into this category. Only very, very few, have the luxury to get rich doing what they love, and most of even those few, can bank on only a few seasons, before their career is over.
If they are huge stars, they still take the risks associated with the business. i.e. Gaga is now said to be under water for the previous project, nobody knows the details, but presumably it did not go quite as planned. It shows that even a mega career for over 5 years does not necessarily mean huge riches, if the expenses are high too. It's a business, and there are many corners and turns where things can go wrong and false decisions can be made.
Adam has shown both talent, business savvy and he has had excellent personal and legal council. Yet, even he has encountered non-support from a label and probably from other sources too (radio comes to mind, but I don't want to start a radio debate).
It is a risky business, where a few people come out the top. It is very rewarding to see that Adam has now had two years where he swam very successfully in the big fish pond, financially. The other two years, he held out, managed to make a good living, and set his career up for the next steps. Anybody who suggests or writes that they envy Adam his wealth, is probably some FOA or otherwise not worthy our attention, imo.
I have no idea how CEOs got in here, into the discussion. But let me just say, I am usually surrounded by quite liberal circles on a day to day basis, and when I go to Europe occasionally even socialist views. Nowhere do I hear discontent expressed towards the small business owner who has an idea, takes the risk, is successful at what he does and enjoys a few great years, before competition eats away at the remainder of those profits.
The people who are the target of much envy and discussion of fairness, are CEOs and other corporate folks who have no personal risk ( even parachutes when they get fired), salary + stock throughout the year, and everything else on top of it, are not held responsible for what they do, even though their decision impacts many others, often eliminating jobs, and who make decisions that are not necessarily in the interest of overall society, but are driven by corporate profits alone. And the enormity of some payouts is a topic of debate, and we are surely not talking about 1 or even 5 million, but hundreds of millions.
None of which has anything to do with Adam whatsoever. Adam does not get rewarded for moving jobs to China and laying people off. He gets rewarded because he has a unique talent and product and works hard to open hearts and minds and ears, so that its value becomes understood and appreciated, so that he can generate sufficient demand and obviously culturally influence minds and souls along the way.
Did this discussion seriously come up somewhere or are we having a hypothetical discussion about something?
If there was some discussion, I would want to know where it came from? Some FOA or other shit-stirer, in which case we can ignore it. Some strict communist or Christian ascetic, who believes that all personal ownership is questionable? No more questions either. But for all others, I presume they will be happy to hear, that Adam has a successful and personally beneficial career and with that, let's turn it back to music and lifestyle and culture and Adam's obvious impact in all those areas, because I think they are enormous.
Point in case: I don't think that pictures like the ones between Adam and Kelly would have been published five years ago without major public debate, probably more targeted at Kelly than at Adam, tbh, but still, there would have been debate. We have truly begun to move on, and that is what social change is all about. It is a good thing to see.
