Adam, Marcus and Katy Perry's stylist...have fun boys! And don't break a leg! Checking out that open house the other day...I just wonder if he was going for a jog at Runyon Canyon...so close to that house....and as he was driving to get there saw the OPEN house signs. Maybe he already has something lined up and was just curious.... .ORIf not he is sure cutting it close, having to vacate his place by the end of January----spending 4-5 days with the boys when he should be packing his clothes up!  Many of us know how this works...mom and movers help out!  |

Many of us know how this works...mom and movers help out! Maybe Adam is staying at a hotel temporarily... I looked at that house on Zillow (nosy nosy me!), and it looks like the lot is very irregularly shaped, with a couple of parts just about touching adjacent home and with odd angles and points. Is this normal for that area, maybe a manifestation of the hilly terrain? Not to beat a dead horse though, since chances of him buying that house are probably slim... Yeah, I hope the guys have fun in Aspen and we get a pic of Adam skiing! |

Looks like Adam has been looking at houses for a while...and apparently still is. Who knows his plans. This if from the realtor's facebook.

Now that is smart! If his mom has her real estate license, which doesn't take much to get in California, she gets commission on this sale or it reverts to Adam! I got a license once just to market my neighborhood which was falling in price because of an underground stream which didn't affect my property but was effecting overall prices in my area! Brought the value back up! |
