Ah, so Dale's stupid message to Adam was not about Adam at all, it was about dissing that new member to the realty business and making her life a pain? It's a shark world out there in and around Hollywood, I tell ya. Translation: Somebody is pissed, because the buyers commission will not go to the 'in-crowd' among high end real estate agents in Hollywood, but instead stay in the family. They don't like that, and so that is how they tell her, they won't allow her to play that way. Grrrrr... ===== Queenbert is coming and there are dates on the table. Yeah! Who knows, if Adam wasn't interested in that house, he might have even said, "Sure, go ahead!" ETA: how do we even know what her status or agency's ranking is in that community? Maybe she is the IN crowd?! |

It is HIGHLY unlikely that Leila is part of the IN crowd this quickly...regardless of the status of that particular Realty company. That group will be a tough nut to crack and they are not a welcoming group, as a rule. No welcomes such as the atop ones...you can be most certain of that. And any high end LA realtor should know how the celebrity game is played. Which means the tweet was mean spirited or the realtor is not high end.
That would be my supposition....I sold real estate for a short while but that shark business requires a certain hard shell and aggressive nature to do really well in. ...or a big family and lots of time lets the nice ones earn a good living eventually.
Unless things have changed a lot...or are different in LA / US

I think Leila has a lot of her son's charisma, smarts and social skills. She is also a interior designer, and a bet a house person. I imagine she will do great in real estate, and have a lot of fun with it. At the prices she will most likely be showing, one does not have to sell many to make a decent living.
So jazzed about the Queen Adam tour. I wonder I San Francisco will be on that list? If so, I could go with my daughter.

I think Leila has a lot of her son's charisma, smarts and social skills. She is also a interior designer, and a bet a house person. I imagine she will do great in real estate, and have a lot of fun with it. So jazzed about the Queen Adam tour. I wonder I San Francisco will be on that list. If so, I could go with my daughter. Leila is not new to real estate. I've known she was a realtor for a long time, probably more than two years. I don't remember why I know this, but I learned it way back when. She may be new to LA real estate. BTW, Dale posted that Adam came by on his FB and another realtor said Adam came by his listing a couple of months ago, with a realtor he believed was Adam's mother. They've been looking for a while. I sure hope Adam wasn't interested in that home because I'd hate for him to lose out on such a gorgeous home because Dale was indiscreet. I fell in love with it. |
