Wish I could say it was ice skating weather here; or, more reasonably, rainy and cloudy.
We have been without a big storm for over a year!
This is tragic. The beautiful northern coast of California is in desperate need of rain!
How do I bring it back to Adam? Well, he believes in the Universe, and I'm asking the Universe to send us a storm - Adam Storm or otherwise!
BTW - I live only a few miles from what is called, arguably, the "most beautiful ice arena on earth" . . . "Snoopy's home ice" . . . the Redwood Empire Ice Arena - built by Charles Schulz, the creator of 'Peanuts' - the creator of so many characters we love, identify with, emulate . . .
Truly it is a beautiful arena . . . surrounded by a 'village' of Switzerland-like buildings. When Sparky was alive, he would host an annual ice show; and it drew every famous ice skater in the world to our little town. Courtesy of Sparky, I saw every Olympic star; every world-renowned ice skater; as I sat, every Christmas season, and had my eclairs and hot chocolate at a table next to the ice. Such incredible memories! I was content to watch others ice skate - and my son play ice hockey. I was content to watch! I'm sure I was an obnoxious momtomany!

Have heard Adam several times at different stores, always a different song. |
