Oh thanks guys, I didn't see view the gallery. Now I have...this is the house that stirred the real-estate issue the other day. Actually it's a pretty nice home, and I think it has the privacy required and all the amenities. Little pricey though. But all in all, I think it would be a beautiful home for Adam. But I think the press has now screwed that possibility.

I only asked once, if it came up twice, I didn't do it. Any way I was referring to Adam more than Markus. I am a bit concerned if Adam is leaning this way toward MM. Is this what Adam was referring to about " the next chapter is so pure. " also saying where his love and mind is now.
He's not a 17years old teenager, he's 32year old man. Anyway, I think when he said "the next chapter is so pure", he's talking about his work or his music. I maybe wrong, I've been scrolling the pages.

But I think the press has now screwed that possibility. Is it pricey for LA? Prices in LA vary depending upon location. The Hollywood Hills is a desired location because of its privacy for the homeowner and there are spectacular views of the city below. But this home for the Hills is spacious, it's upgraded, pool, etc, and those amenities cost a lot to construct in LA. Also the roads are long, narrow and windy. So for the Hollywood Hills, you can get a home in the low $600K( small, older home) probably up to tens of millions of dollars. Some homes have views of the City of Los Angeles open distribution drinking water reservoirs, and these are by far the costliest. So I would say this is a little pricey for the area, but it's probably the going rate for that size a home. |
