dancygeorgia I think there is a misunderstanding about the problem I am having. I know I used the Windstar download as an example but the problem is that my ipod is not downloading anything that I get off the internet, I'm not sure exactly when this started. I have always been able to download from kind people like u or from the internet and have no trouble getting it on my ipod. It downloads into my itunes library but not onto my ipod. Never had this problem before and it seems it only started recently. I want to thank you for taking the time and trouble to help. So you are downloading directly from the internet to your iPod using wireless wifi? Then it might be a problem with the iPod's connection to the internet. You might need to redo the network settings. I'm really not sure how to do that so I think I will stop by the Apple store one night this week on my way home from work and see if anyone there can help. I am so not technical and am afraid I will totally mess it up. But if that were the problem would it prevent me from downloading songs that I purchase, because I haven't had any problems with purchased tunes only the ones from the internet. Again, I want to thank you for troubleshooting my problem. |
