Maybe it's because the song is quite repetitive, but I'm not that impressed with the vocals. And I am a BIG fan of Sting I was more impressed by the guitar solo - that was great!  Yes...agree....I think even Letterman found it hard to muster a huge amount of emotion. And....was this the duet she was speaking of? Does anyone know off hand the connection between Sting an Ivy...is it a label? Or friends? Sheesh ... Why the heck that song? Showed little range or character from either...odd choice. Really? I loved it! Thought they sounded great! Letterman was complimentary! |
