I am usually all about the voice and musicianship. The snippets I have heard/seen yesterday and today don't impress me in either regard.
But one does not live by music alone. Does it seem to anyone else that Idol somehow eliminated every ounce of sensuality/sexuality from this group of contestants? I haven't seen one guy that I thought was HOT, and who had moves to make me breathe faster. A few cute little guys. A few really unkempt guys. Where are the stylists and the movement coaches? And why didn't the producers give them more raw material to work with?

The young kid with the guitar already has the girls screaming - I thought at that moment, oh no, WGWG AGAIN! I liked the kid on the electric guitar only cuz it took a lot of nerve to stand there and attempt to shred in front of Keith. Keith Urban is a highly energetic performer who just absolutely rocks out when he performs. He was disliked in Nashville when he first arrived because of his style of country. He does know what it is to break down barriers.

Have you noticed that a lot of the people are from the South? And, Cassie, you're right, no one to tune back into to watch.

Not enough of Adam…. Too much of Randy… and getting annoyed with Keith and Harry…. and my respect for JlO as judge went up several notches… JLo was the best last night, IMO! Harry annoys me! Finally I'm caught up on the thread. Animated and Mys*&@^#r you both summed it up for me! Harry...frickin' really annoys me! I thought the last guy was good. WTF Harry?! |

Not enough of Adam…. Too much of Randy… and getting annoyed with Keith and Harry…. and my respect for JlO as judge went up several notches… JLo was the best last night, IMO! Harry annoys me!

I can't express how AWESOME it is to have the commercials with Adam during AI! I was a bit upset yesterday, but today it happened!  </img> |

Well I think that will be the last time I watch Idol this season unless Adam's on again. None of the contestants grabbed me. What a difference from the season when we first heard Adam!
