I got up re-thinking what I'm doing with the wolf.. I hope you show us what the picture looks like after you're done.. sounds beautiful. I have no idea where to put mine.. will have to see how it looks and where it will show up best. The Framer loved the picture ,I had to give her the whole story. She' s off to check Adam out..LOL First, the good news: it's raining here so we are beginning to see the huge mounds of frozen snow slowly melt away. The bad news? It's raining here and the wolf hasn't shown up at my door yet. I have to leave for MD appt before the mail comes, so if it shows up, I hope the carrier doesn't just drop it on the wet porch....
I was concerned about the rain yesterday here and had to be gone several hours in the afternoon and left a note taped next to the mailbox along with a big plastic garbage bag with instuctions...lol. I hope mine comes today as I'm gonna be out of town Sat thru Tues.

MyS*&@^#r and Melliemom....please post a pic of your framed wolf prints when you get them back from the framers! What dimension frame did you wind up with 24"x24", bigger? Are you planning on covering the white border with the mat and cutting out the signatures or is there enough edge on the border to go under the mat leaving the white border exposed? Just curious. I know next to nothing about framing, but I do know that one does NOT do anything to alter a signed print, or the value can be greatly diminished. So, my unsolicited advice is to leave the signatures alone, not even covering them up with a mat that could mess them up or degrade them. A good framer should be able to work with the print even if the signatures are almost running off the paper. If nothing else, they can put the print in a floating frame with no mat. The print was expensive enough and the framing will be more so. I just want y'all to protect as well as enjoy your fine art investment. Sorry for being bossy.

No, no! No cutting! I have no idea what dimension the frame is but the matting is 1 1/2 inches, and the frame thickness is one inch. There was just enough white, under the signature, for them to be able to matt. Probably, only about 1/16th of an inch. So, there will be the entire white border of the print, then the matting, then the frame. We tried double matting, but with the white border, I didn't like that look. The actual print, including the white border, is 22 x 22

One thing I love about the responses to Adam's appearances on the "rush week" episodes is that so many folks - viewers and reviewers - were all "yay, Adam!" and he didn't even sing. He was just there, being himself - gorgeous, smiling, laughing, etc.
Daughtry was good, too, I thought, but the worst segments, to me, were the Randy "sit- downs." Over and over again he asked what they were singing and basically said, "oh, good." Over and over. I would have rather seen more of the mentors or more of the contestants choosing clothes, arrangements, etc. - anything!
I love that Adam and AI have a great relationship, that so many there obviously like/love (Orland) him, hire him, considered him for a judge role, etc. And Adam obviously recognizes the value of the relationship to him.

What a great idea! Thank you! I will do that right now and avoid eye contact with DH until I have to leave!
