Ladymasterati...thank you for this Michael Slezak and Melinda Doolittle video! They definitely love them some Adam and his great mentoring skills! LOL! They showed and talked about Adam a lot but just a little of Chris though they did give him a shout out too.

Spoilers for Blaine and Elliott (primarily 5.14)
An effective anon (an empty blog) came into my inbox yesterday with a few spoilers having to do with Blaine and Elliott. I was able to verify with Gi of GOBR that they are true and thought you might want them…So:
1. Blaine does not tell Kurt he is feeling jealous of Elliott in episode 9.
2. Blaine brings up that he is feeling jealous in his conversation with Elliott in episode 14.
3. During that conversation, Elliott tells Blaine that he (Elliott) has no romantic feelings for Kurt, and that everyone can see how much Kurt loves him (Blaine).
The anon told me that she read the script scene for the Elliott and Blaine scene in 14 (no information about other scenes) so that is where her info is coming from. I don’t know how and I don’t know her but Gi could confirm it. This is also consistent with the spoiler Gi gave out that Elliott is not a threat. So there you go.

I pretty much agree with the plot except that I think Adam may be back for a 6th episode this season -- not 4x15 (broadcast on 4/8/14) which is filming now. Unless Adam is too busy to do the 6th episode.  We'll know soon -- they are filming 4x15 this week (no Adam) and 4x16 is starting production. Should be filmed next week. Adam says "I'm doing a handful of episodes" here. He doesn't say "literally" but I bet it's only five: I do not take that to be literally 5 shows. But you may be right. >> A few reasons why I think we get 6 shows. - I take this with the tweet from Shoshanna about the number of episodes that Adam is in depends on the shooting schedule and if Adam is available to mean that it was unknown how many episodes he would be in. That was after this interview. Shoshanna does not say all she knows but she does not make stuff up. And she did not have to answer that fan tweet. - Popular guest stars who get along with Ryan Murphy often return to the show later on. Adam and Ryan get along. Adam and the Glee cast and crew and writers get along. - Glee is in flux and they are trying to resuscitate it. Adam made the "handful of episodes" comment on November 4, 2013, the Glee cast was told that the show would move to NY in early January. [It was confirmed Jan 15.] I doubt Ryan told Adam and not the rest of the cast. So the dynamic is different now than when Adam said that. - The Glee guest star agreements come in two versions (yes, they could have made a special one for Adam), 1 show and up to 6 shows. Both include options for extending the agreements. We know Adam will be in 5 episodes, my guess is he will be in 6. The contract max. They will both make it work. - FOX moved Glee back to Tuesday to try and give it a chance. There will be a Season 6. My money is on Elliott returns for at least one show next season. - Elliott and Kurt are too cute together. His addition has helped give the writers something to do with Kurt that is more interesting than being a gay BFF and part of a pretty completely unsexy gay relationship. - Elliott is a popular addition to the show and Adam generates a lot of much needed press coverage and online buzz. Adam Lambert has 2x the Google search volume of any character on Glee. No he is not too important to Gleeks but he reaches an audience that Glee lost over the years. >> I think the theory that Elliott becomes a rockstar is a good bet. I think/hope that he returns as a star. I do not think that Ep 14 fits that storyline. That episode 14 --- "New New York" is the first episode after Lima, OH is done. All we really know is that Elliott (Adam Lambert) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) will duet on A Great Big World’s “Rockstar"That sounds like a good song for Elliot to perform about dreaming about being a rockstar but it is not really a big he's made it song. Also, I just have a feeling Elliott will leave with a solo performance, not a duet with Kurt. There is no sign that Elliott is in 5x15 (filming now). But that leave 7 more shows. All in NYC. ETA: The GLEE Ep 14 maybe spoiler, which makes sense, really makes me think there is more Elliott to come. |
