Debating whether to buy and gift now or wait until after the Glee appearance so the song can chart higher. Do we have a strategy? My strategy is to forget about buying campaigns for GLEE songs. The audience is not big enough to create big hits anymore. There is no sign these buying campaigns do much for track sales -- the numbers just need to be too big. >> Just buy it and gift it. IBIATCL is a great track. (I would love an Adam only version. Sorry Chris but.....) On albums, where 2,000 units makes a big difference, it is a different matter. A buying campaign for an album could take something from not charting to putting it on the BB200. Thankfully, when we get A3, Adam will not need 2,000 fan campaign units to get on the BB200. He will be shooting for #1 album. >> I have researched many of these buying campaigns, and while fans can move an iTunes track from 150 to 90, they can't move it up to the Top 20. That takes non-fans wanted to buy something. And many fan groups have tried these campaigns. IF someone can show me one campaign that worked I will revise my opinion. *** I think the Elliott becomes a star and comes back on Ep 14 as a star makes sense. But I do not think that GLEE would be the place they (Adam and his management) would put a new Adam song -- they have better options I bet. But with Adam anything is possible. |

How do we buy IBIATCL so that Atop benefits? The link that takes you to ITunes doesn't list this offering from Glee as yet. Haven't bought it yet because I wanted to wait until I could do it via Atop. Click on the link at the bottom of the page that says " Click here for the Adamtopia Adam Lambert iTunes Store". Select iTunes when prompted. That will take you to the ATop Adam Lambert Store. Type: Glee I believe in a thing called love in the search box and you will get the track. And ATop will get the credit for the sale. Sorry it is so clunky. Once a few more sell, it will move up the list of tracks in the Adam store. |

Right , right . I don't see why Kurt would be jealous of the Elliott/Rachel friendship tho . . . Or maybe he just wants any reason to be jealous of Elliott ? And the thing is , ALL OF THIS is one-sided . Kurt is jealous . Kurt is making it all up in his head . Kurt , dammit , JUST CHILL , lol !!! Last summer , when they said Adam was gonna be Kurt's "nemesis" I said OMG he's gonna be a villain , omg he better not hurt Kurt , he better not be mean to Kurt . SURPRISE !! He's not a villain , he's a sweetheart , too cute , an angel . And Kurt's the meanie . Now Kurt better not hurt my Elliott or I'll . . . or I don't know . Will Kurt call Blaine and tell him "Omg he's taking over the band and he is stealing Rachel away from me !!" LOL !! And LOL at Blaine trying to calm Kurt down and telling him he's "overreacting" . Methinks when he sees the kissy selfie he'll call Kurt and tell him "YOU'RE RIGHT , HE'S A PSYCHOPATH , KICK HIM OUT" LOOOL !!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you catch that Elliott was interviewed? I think it is all being set up for Elliott to be discovered and come back in Ep 14 as "A Rockstar!"  Kurt is right! OFC, Elliott steals the spotlight!  Yes , I caught that !! Hmmmm.....the peck on the cheek takes place in tomorrow night's episode. And this sound bite clearly will be in a later episode. Looks to me like the anticipated romance between Kurt and Elliott will be short-lived, if at all. Can just imagine all the Klainers listening to this and slowly backing away from the ledge!  Re Starchild's new song......  I hope they are using this fantastic opportunity to introduce a new Adam song! Maybe I'm being too optimistic.......  I think the clip is from this episode and is where Blaine advises him to "keep his enemies close" probably in response to Kurt freaking out. |
