GOOD morning! Let the love continue to rain down on Adam after last night's "Glee." Reminds me of old Idol days in that people are just waiting to see/hear what he will sing next week.
It's better than Idol days, too, tho, because we also get to see him act. He is totally playing his "cupcake" self but I love the little glimpses of something else when Kurt imagines(?) him admitting he wants to front the band, that Beyonce was better, etc.
Adam is so smart, I think it's obvious he had tons of input into how he/Elliot is being portrayed - I would bet money he suggested IBIATCL (just like Elliot did in the guitar shop - have you guys heard the song by The Darkness called . . . "
And, I really hope that somehow The Darkness sees profit from this cover, too. It is a great song ("justlistento the rhythm of my heart").
ETA: IS that Adam singing beginning of "Don't You Forget About Me?" I thought it was, but he is not listed on the spoiler for that song.

www.broadwayworld.com/article/SOUND-OFF-GLEE-Returns-With-FUNNY-GIRL-Fights-Frenemies-20140226#.Uw3rzfldX2SSOUND OFF: GLEE Returns With FUNNY GIRL, Fights & 'Frenemies' February 26 2:02 AM 2014 (Adam part) Besides the match-ups of Artie and Tina as well as Rachel and Santana, Kurt and Elliott aka Starchild (Adam Lambert) explored a bubbling rivalry - and undeniable attraction that could conceivably lead to romance given the unexpected, yet well-intentioned peck on the cheek, as a matter of fact. The enjoyable moments with Kurt and company were a welcome juxtaposition to mirror the crumbling friendship of Rachel and Santana and the test of endurance and empathy given to Tina and Artie by Sue. Well-played and subtly so, one of the many joys of last night's show was overall attention to detail and development of plot to go with the spectacular show-stoppers - such as: the raucous and glittery rock opus "I Believe In A Thing Called Love" was fueled with fire and flair by Lambert alongside Colfer, making the duo looking likely to be set for future duets, as well, it would seem - on and offstage. Let's hope - at least for the former, if not the latter (apologies to Klaine fans). Plus, what will happen with the FUNNY GIRL spotlight and backstage drama? Tune in to see. Next Tuesday? A super-special GLEE-vent! And, soon after that, Glee 100!

www.idolator.com/7507340/glee-recap-frenemies‘Glee’ Recap: The Best And The Worst Of Frenemies Lisa Timmons Feb 26th, 2014 As for Kurt (Chris Colfer), he’s concerned that Elliot AKA Starchild (Adam Lambert) is trying to take over their band, which should be disconcerting except that Pamela Lansbury barely seems to exist. Kurt should be thrilled anyone wants to do anything with this random storyline, since it’s clearly soon to be abandoned. In fact, when Kurt reminds roomies/bandmates Santana and Rachel about their rehearsal appointment, Rachel bails to stalk her understudy auditions and Santana follows suit. Kurt and Starchild visit a guitar shop. Shortly after entering the store, Starchild and Kurt put on a performance of “I Believe in a Thing Called Love” by The Darkness, as one does in these situations. They seem to be getting along swimmingly. Back at the loft, Rachel complains to Kurt about Santana, who walks into the apartment in the middle of it all, completely unsurprised by Rachel’s anger. The two girls fight, with fast-talking speeches that dredge up old high school-age wounds until Santana tells Rachel, “You are short and you are awful and that is never going to change,” and Rachel promptly slaps her in the face. It’s at this point that Rachel tells her, “I think you should move out.” Santana agrees, right before finding out that she’s landed the role of Rachel’s understudy. (IBIATCL performance video)

OMG Adam , I hear your voice in my sleep, what's left of it.. What a performance .. I Believe in a Thing Called Love. Adam does Glee like he does everything, Leaving the audience with open mouthed admiration and a possible addiction as a Glambert.
We better start building a bigger facility for all the new Adamaddicts

THIS^^^ My favorite part of the whole show was Kurt and Elliott's last scene! I've watched it more than the song too!
ETA: Yes, Aleks, FOX blocked you! :(
