Are Queen and Adam Lambert Finally Heading Out on Tour Together?

Queen and Adam Lambert have performed together numerous times, but could a tour be in their future?
According to ABC News Radio, the two acts have announced that they’ll be revealing big news next Thursday, March 6 at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, with a promise of more details to come.
What could the big announcement be? All signs point to Lambert and Queen announcing a full fledged tour. Especially since earlier this year Queen guitarist Brian May wrote on his website that he and drummer Roger Taylor had “been looking at doing some dates” this year.
The two acts could also be revealing a residency at MSG, since last time there was a big announcement at the Garden it was Billy Joel announcing his indefinite residency at the famed venue. But this one’s a little farfetched being that Joel is the first to ever become a resident of MSG.
Of course, we’ll just have to wait until next week to see what Queen and Lambert have planned for fans.
Queen first teamed up with Lambert, currently starring on Glee, in 2009 for the American Idol season eight finale where Lambert lost to Kris Allen. In the summer of 2012, the band and Adam played six shows in Europe, and this past fall, they performed together in Las Vegas.

Well, I'm a total ninja fail. I saw that Adam liked that Elmo pic 14 hrs ago and thought oh well, those boys are really gorgeous. Looked right at Elmo and never thought about him sending us a confirmation wink.  Well, duh! If it woulda been a little green snake, it woulda bitten me. lol
Off to try and email Groundctrl. I have never had one minute of problem from them since I first joined in the very beginning of ALF. As long as whatever is fixed prior to any possible presale I'll be OK. I think Mys*&@^#r said she might call them today for the rest of us. She finally got on using Safari....the one browser I don't have. FWIW I also got on with safari last night ... On my ipad. I had to reset my password and it took several tries but once in, everything seemed tone working fine. Could not get in with Firefox tho..... |
