From everything that has been said today, it looks good for the Forum. Not an area of town I would prefer to stay. An idea to kick around is with all that would be going to this concert why not try for a group rate and negotiate some good benefits with it? Think about it. Something in WeHO or Orange county perhaps. Just an idea!

That's a lot of concerts for just Canada and the US. Saw the tweet! Sixteen sure does seem like a lot of dates for North America....maybe some are for elsewhere. This is exciting! Can't see why a radio DJ would pull a specific number out of his hat unless he had some kind of info. Does anyone know the typical lead time for tour announcements? I mean, when can we expect the first date? May or June? Earlier or later? (I have no idea).

If they do any International dates I would love to see them go to Brazil, Japan, China, Australia, and close in the UK.

I pass by the big sign for the Erwin Center in Austin everyday almost and sometimes the dates are for 3 or 4 months out. I would expect the same here. Also, I would not expect them to be packed together tightly but I do expect, based on the information given here in the past few days, perhaps multiple dates in MSG venues in the same city, like NY and LA. So end of May, June, and July maybe? Start in NY, go south, then west, then north following the cooler temperatures? Unlike GNT, I expect it to be more planned. Calm older more experienced heads in control.

Yup. True to my ears ! DJ came on after Queen song played. Started talking about Queen. Paraphrasing .. Will be playing with Adam Lambert. That's when my ears went WUT! .. Then he said in quotes "will be playing 16 gigs ... Split between US and Canada' "Rodger Taylor will be in NYC next week '
Couldn't record fast enuf.

off tae bed in the huffHey now...you had your London dates! I just about melted in a big ol' pool of green "pity-me" slime. But my guess is that number includes a few international dates. What about South America? Wouldn't that be a huge demand market?
