Darn...I have a doctors appointment Thursday morning!! Well.....not anymore. I'm going to cancel and reset it...I have GOT to be here to see Adam on GMA! And I just cancelled my dentist appointment. I've got a dentist appointment that I can't cancel. Will be able to catch GMA and if it's on time...the 9:30 MSG announcement....but will have to break my neck to get to dentist office by 10. LOL. As long as Qbert tickets don't go on sale immediately, I should survive. Then I will sit in my car at 5PM and listen to Sirius channel 26. LOL Wow, what a Thursday!
But first, Glee on my TV in a little over an hour!!!

WATCH ALL THE GLEEKS PUTTING BETS ON ADAM 'STRAIGHTENING' OUT....LOLOLOL I doubt anyone will argue Adam can't play straight now....whew.... Well, that is why there is a difference between Adam and Elliott, right? Elliott can be bi, he can even be straight, even though so far, no storyline has suggested so. But Adam plays in his movements and body posture clearly a role, and I would say, he is doing exactly what in the gay community is often called 'butching it up'. And he does it well, and just like we all have always said, he could play a male lead convincingly - not quite sure about nude scenes - the Details video showed how awkward that was for him (even though the photos were great!), but I would more interested in the fantasy anyways than the whole nudity thing, so I would be quite fine with a more traditional role. Actually, I would love to see him in a period piece, you know, men in tights, and Adam especially. Nope, not sorry at all! Always thought that a well sought out period piece that explores the life story of a gay man, stuck between a 'marriage of convenience' and a secret gay love life would make for a really great film. And Adam could handle it and give it depth, I think. Just needs a really good script that explores all the various aspects. What society sees and thinks about it, how the gay man wrestles with the whole topic in all its facets throughout the years, how it feels to that woman and her family, etc. |
