I got the same email and they suggest firefox but firefox still does not let me in. I have to use Safari so I would double check all that is working properly. Also...while the tell you to go to your Dashboard, for me...clicking on the word "Dashboard" took me nowhere but clicking on my avi [which was hiding at the very top of the page, out of sight until I ran the cursor there] took me to the dashboard....just my fyi... OK....my avi was there and now it isn't! I ran the cursor in that area but that didn't work. Ticket purchasing is so stressfull!  Forgot to ask if anyone knows if all the seats at the Merriweather Post Pavilion are all under cover? And if not, at which row does it end? I am assuming all the seats are covered but couldn't find anything to verify that. |

I have no problem accessing now with IE after they "fixed" the site, but they said not to use it. I can use Firefox and log in if I re-type my email address and re- type my password. It won't leave me logged in. |

Clicking on the dashboard worked for me and I use goggle chrome. Also, although my DH is getting his arena booker buddy to get me tickets for Houston, I thought I'd try for Dallas tickets through the presale. If I don't use them, I'll have two for sale to anyone who wants them.

It won't leave me logged in. Since the crash, Firefox will not work for me, there is no log in button anymore. Can use chrome but cant stayed logged on anymore and if i leave the page open but not active on the site, it logs me out. Totally, totally rinkydink outfit |

I am having no issue with CHROME on ALF. Firefox is unreliable for me.

Does anyone think the AX presale will be better than the fan club tickets? I think it's only offered for Chicago? I am going to try for Chicago and Vancouver.

I cannot take advantage of the presale as I will will in clinic all day :-(((( and need two tickets for the Dallas show. I have no idea what I am doing.....this 'ticket stress' is about to do me in!lol I can't decide where I should try to go...Chicago or LA. I need to read through this thread to see what the hell I need to do!  Do I need to sign up with Ticket Masters or some ticket place or will the Adam fan club sight get us there when we click their link? I guess I need to study the venues' seating charts. Chicago is in my Central time zone but LA is, I think, two hours earlier than Central time. So the ticket buying wouldn't start in LA until 12:00 noon my time? I feel like this! LOL  |
