I wonder if the fan club gives you a higher purchasing priority. Since some are having trouble with the fan site, maybe getting set up at Ticketmaster is the way to go. I have American Express so have set that up at Ticketmaster.

 
"Answers To Your FAQ"


We would like to give you answers to our most frequently asked questions about the Queen + Adam Lambert Tour. Our goal is for you to have a seamless experience purchasing your tickets. Please read thouroughly:



Pre-Sale Times


When a presale is listed as "10:00am local venue time" it means that the presale will occur at 10am in the time zone where the venue is located. If you live in the same time zone as the venue you are buying for, you will buy your tickets at 10am. If the venue you are buying for is in a different time zone, you need to figure out the time difference between the zones (i.e; 7:00am in PST is 9:00 in CST and 10:00am in EST)




Ticketing


ALL tickets will be sold through either Ticketmaster and in some cases, the venue directly. The password you receive will be used on Ticketmaster/local venue to buy your tickets. ground(ctrl) is NOT selling any tickets, and will not be able to give you information on price, location, etc. We can not look up your ticket order or trouble shoot if you have any problems, unfortunately. You will need to reach out to Ticketmaster customer support for ANY inquiry regarding tickets. (or the Venue directly)
Ticket Purchase Limits: Since ground(ctrl) is not selling tickets, we unfortunately do not know what the ticket limit is for this tour.



VIP Packages


ALL VIP packages will be sold through VIP Nation. To our knowledge, no VIP packages will include meet & greets, however, just like ticketing, because ground(ctrl) is not selling the VIP packages, we do not know what is included, cost, location, etc. You will need to reach out to VIP Nation customer support for ANY inquiry regarding VIP Packages.


Pre-Sale Password


Your password will be distributed to you on Monday morning. It will appear in the dashboard of your account. This password is clickable, and it will take you the event listing on Adam's site. You will then click "Buy Tickets" for the show you wish to attend and you will be taken to the correct page on Ticketmaster/local venue site to buy your tickets. Be sure to enter your password exactly as it appears in your dashboard, with no spaces before or after, and be mindful of capitalized and lowercased letters.


Where Is My Dashboard Located?



The picture above is an example of what your dashboard looks like. Your dashboard is the first place you land when you go to the backend of your profile to send messages, view points, edit your profile, etc. The image above shows what your dashboard will look like on Monday morning when a password is added in.

***Please note this is NOT a Dashboard for Adam Lambert and the passwords above are NOT passwords for the presale.


Preferred Web Browsers


It is NOT recommended that you attempt to purchase tickets using an iPad or Internet Explorer. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox.

When I visit my daughter in DC, it is about 4.5 hour drive from here. The concert is in Columbia, MD so may be a little shorter. And then there is always Amtrak if you are not renting a car.
