I don't normally gush or squee or whatever, at least not verbally. I listen, get an upset stomach if I can't get tickets but don't really show much on the outside. This concert is different and i think I have figured out why. yesterday I was at Ulta, need Glittery Vegas nail polish, and while talking to one of the young salespeople Queen/Adam came up. (she was 20 something) I was explaining what I was looking for to wear to a concert in Vegas and she said Queen/Adam? She brought it up. We started a conversation of comparative Freddie/Adam. and thank you Cassie for some of the terms I used! She was intrigued with a young man singing Queen and how could he possibly sing like Freddy. Words like no imitation, his interpretation, octaves and bombastic were used. Possibly orgasmic was discussed.
To have music cross generations and enable us to discuss it was so miraculous. She wasn't looking at me like a dinosaur and we found common ground to discuss music. Because I liked the Queen/Adam combination did not make it uncool for her to like the same thing.
A good friend here in AZ asked if I would make her an Adam Cd and include both his music and Queen/Adam music. Prior she has simply been a supportive but non stan friend and has never shown an interest in Adams music.
I guess what I am trying to convey is the unique combination of major talent that includes a legend like Queen and legend in the making like Adam will make this concert one of those that in the future is referred to in reverence. Where were you when? I was at! do you remember? a Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock, the Beatles at Shea Stadium, Led Zeppelin’s Three Nights at Madison Square Garden and the list goes on. We are the lucky generation, even if we can't attend there will be live streams, youtubes within seconds and we can experience the epic concert! What this will mean for E3 we can only guess, I would say great to phenomenal! Those younger 25-35 year olds where Idol made Adam uncool can now stfu!
Or perhaps I have had too much caffeine this morning.

I was googling ticketmaster and by accident clicked on this site... tickets-center.com/ResultsTicket.aspx?evtid=2294431&event=Queen+%26+Adam+Lambert&vname=Scotiabank+Saddledome+(Formerly+Pengrowth+Saddledome)&eventDateTime=6%I was surprised, yet not totally surprised to see this site has areas and rows for ticket sales to my home town concert already. The tickets for the floor are $677. to 956.00 etc. etc. Customers are buying on specualtion ...so I guess these scaplers must speculate they are going to get tickets in those areas, or they have them, and just do not want "folk" to know they really have them. Crazy business, this ticket buying!!! OH PS.... I was at a Doctor's office yesterday and one of the nurses and her husband are going to try for tickets!! (Queen lovers and certainly know a bit about Adam....age 40 ish) I hope these Canadian cities pull in the numbers for the concert!

Houston Toyota posted the VIP Package list. It is now on the opening post of the ticket buying info thread. It looks like the standard list and will probably be similar at most of the arena locations.

They are preselling based on what they believe they will have to pay.
