Thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes.. DH and I just got back from a week in NYC.. We saw four musicals for my birthday and stayed with different friends. I sure know how to give myself a good birthday  I bought 4 tickets ,two for us and two for my son and daughter-in-law for the outdoor Queen and Adam concert at Merrieweather,outdoor event in Maryland..Hope it doesn't rain..I have never spent so much money for tickets in my life...Just wanted to know that I had them... OY. Husband ready to KILL ME.. Sandy are you reading this????Hope you're going. Happy Belated Birthday Melliemom! I'm so excited that you are going to Maryland and bringing your son and DIL! I will see you all there! Finally your D-I-L and I will have an actual shared Adam experience to discuss (and I hope she flails too!) I hope she flails too |

I just want Brian to dig this gorgeous song out of mothballs and perform it as a duet with Adam. That is all.
The two of them sitting on simple stools together on stage under the spotlights...
It would be so magical, the arenas would levitate straight up to heaven. That would be lovely seoulmate. And now for something completely different, how about "Stone cold Crazy"? |

Oh, Stone Cold Crazy!! I would love them to do that!! Adam would certainly have very different take on the vocals (and he might change the tempo a bit), but relistening to this, make me also appreciate how much Brian had evolved. ** They are not going to be able to use a big crazy set in Las Vegas. Part or me would like to see them recreate the stripped bare look they had in 1974. ** Seeing this Freddie kind of reminds me of this performance....because it made me think about beginnings and stagecraft and costumes.... Anyone know for those that have the VIP packages with the "stuff" how we get the stuff, and how do they know what size shirt you want/need? Just wondering before I bother GroundControl in case someone else already knows about this. THANKS!
Soulmate I was wondering the same thing: Reihmer are you going. Always there early (well in my time zone) baking those wonderful cakes and then quietly in the background otherwise. Appreciate what you do and hope you get to see the show:-)
