I am looking at a seat in LA that says American Express seating...does that need password? Umm yes, it has a lock and asks for a passcode...anyone? Do you need to use Amex?

Aww thank that's really kind - is mostly just a financial consideration but really appreciate the offer and yes will think about it :-) I did not fly down to Australia for Adam...but I did look at the airfare. Yep can be up there and given US summer that will add. Not that I can't find reasons to write it off for work especially if I went to MSG (lots of ex clients etc from when I lived in US in NY area) ... :-) But hey if I do decide to make the trip I will definitely take you up on Vegas write off or not

I love all these comments of people just finding Adam and his music!! Purple Rain @purpiegirll 22s RTAuroraLee: So this Adam Lambert guy is friggin' awesome. Clearly I've been living under a non-musical rock.

Yes, as far as I know you need to use the code on the back of your personal AMEX card in order for it to work. I don't have an American Express card, so I don't know for certain. But, I'm pretty sure its not a standard passcode, but linked to a card. Can you get someone you know with an AMEX card to buy for you if you don't have one yourself?

You have to have an American Express card and use it for the purchase. Instructions in the 3.7.14 Ticket Buying Thread -- in this section.

Will have to steal my DH's Amex then (gave mine up) and it looks like I will have to call for a redemption offer...but anyway thank you for the info. I have it stuck in my head that I want to seat in H or 101 or 136. Vegas is close enough for me.

I have to say I am tickled that Toronto and Montreal are almost full, but not surprized! I wonder how Winnipeg and Saskatoon are doing. I just checked again. It looks to me like there are 2 parties in Montreal selling tickets, one of them only sells the platinum tickets and these are almost sold out, the other still has quite a few tickets left. I don't know which one has to sell more tickets. Because I'm a little obsessed about the Montreal show, I keep checking to see if there are tickets left. I don't know where the idea that it is almost sold out is coming from. It MAY be, but I can tell you that I can pull up a pair of decent seats everytime I try searching for tickets. Now, they may be the last two seats in the whole place; there's no interactive seat map so no way to tell for sure. But unless evenko came out and said tickets were nearly sold out, I don't think they are. Ticket master is not involved in this sale.
