Mohegan Sun: now I am getting single in section 112 row L... so so far, I've seen : sections 119, 105 AND 112 top rows only....have they released ANYTHING that could rank as "decent"? I think I am giving up and staying happy with my section 23 row J. That is very close to what I've been getting- 119 & 118 and 105. But surely, there's got to be better seats than this left? I started trying the minute it came up, and so far nothing but those seats... Is this a strategy of some sort? I didn't have access to the presales, so this is my only chance of getting decent tickets - and my hopes are fading fast ???

Just throwing this out there since I can't go to the concert , but if people who already have tickets and aren't planning to buy more keep looking just to see what's there, does that make it harder for others who really are buying to have good tickets pop up??? Or is it just a drop in the bucket? I remember trying to get tickets for Elton John in Anchorage a few years ago and it was impossible. I finally got two separate (but good) seats by rushing to the local Ticketmaster outlet at a Fred Meyer store at 6:30 a.m. when I saw in the newspaper that new tickets went on sale the day of the show. ETA: Earplugs are a really good idea. Tinnitus isn't fun. And even if you think you're not affected by loud music now, your ears are being damaged and it will show up later. Plus, with the ridiculous volume used in shows (I agree with the earlier post), the sound is so distorted without attenuating it a bit. I don't get why it needs to be so loud if there's a good sound system. Good luck with your ticket hunts!

Every ticket in a shopping cart, even temporarily, takes that ticket out of "circulation" for about 3 minutes.

Interested in 2 tics to Merriweather. Anyone know which seats are under the roof? Do not want to be out in the open if it rains- a distinct possibility for DC in July.
I am also going to the Toronto concert. Was able to get 2 tickets in Sec. 104 using the presale code. Would like to get closer on the sides, if possible. Have not seen any posts from Atoppers attending the Toronto concert. Maybe someone has tickets to sell??????????

Perhaps more venues do not use interactive seating maps because they don't want buyers knowing how well sales are going. If someone saw that there were a ton of unsold seats, they might decide to delay buying, hoping the tickets would be discounted in the future. Or, they may decide not to buy at all, worrying that the poor sales means a bad concert. Better to create the appearance of tickets going fast.
