This is tooooooo funny . That is the ROCK station in AURORA, IL. They mythical home of Wayne and Garth!! That is (of course) the movie that introduced Adam to QUEEN!! when he was a kid. It came out in 1992 when Adam was 10.  And this clip is sooooo silly - and fun! |

Hey Buderschnookie! If you choose Section 5 row l....I'll be up in front of you in Section 2, row 18 (2nd row from end of catwalk) seat 12. I'm hoping because I'm 18 rows back from the center of the stage with a big area devoted to the catwalk and almost dead center that the sound will be OK and the visuals will be awesome. At least I'm hoping! And of course, fingers crossed that Adam utilizes the end of that catwalk! That's what I'm thinking- I want the full visual experience. For everyone- I found a neat site website called A View From My Seat that is very informative. You enter your venue and they have various photos uploaded by attendees from different seats in the venue. How useful it is depends on whether or not anyone has uploaded a photo from your seat or section, but the ones I have checked out have a good variety. Of course on some of the venues the most photos are from sports events so the layout is a bit different on the floor, but the bulk of the seats are in the same place. Thanks for this link. I am encouraged that my seats are actually closer than I had imagined from the seating chart. Very exciting. |

It was featured as a duet on the fifth season of the show, in an episode called "Trio." "Barracuda" allowed both vocalists, Lambert and Michele, to showcase their dynamic pipes and lung power since this is not an easy song to channel. The "Barracuda" collaboration was endorsed by Heart themselves, via a post on their official website, as well as a post on their Facebook page. The Verdict Overall, Adam Lambert and Lea Michele did Heart's "Barracuda" justice. It garners 4 out of 5 stars. Although nothing can come close to the Heart original, which features Ann Wilson's powerhouse vocals and Nancy Wilson's superb guitar piece, Lambert and Michele did a solid job. Kudos to both performers for paying homage to the queens of rock music.

I'm trying to take a break from Atop today but so far it's not working out so well. At least the ticket buying frenzy has calmed down, but I got immersed in talon's queen thread & started downloading undiscovered Queen songs from iTunes. I'm hoping the QAL tour will result in a whole new group of fans & maybe a nice bump in their album sales!
