It looks like the watermark has been brushed out of the picture. The picture is also posted on some other sites such as Pintrest. Using Google for "similar images" there are multiple listings for it. My take on this camp thing--
If working with the best song writers and having a great song is what I would like for Adam then I have no business judging the writing proccess.
Adam is in on the sessions and has always kept a finger in every pie.
Adam always works to interjects himself and his message everywhere he can.
Adam has killed and owned many a songs written by other people.
Someone is shelling out a ton of money for this as an investment in Adam's future as a hit maker.
If I want him to be a superstar I cannot blame him for hiring the best and leaving some of it in their hands.
