I find it admirable that they have remained good friends - whatever that entails to them. As to why both post a pic from the same place, no idea - they could've chosen a different background, too. Personally, I choose to not read too much into that and to just assume it's for the entertainment and fun.  Following my line of thought from yesterday (a long time away from home, missing friends, a bit lonely sometimes), I think it's nice to spend some time with and talk to a real friend that you've known for more than a couple of weeks. Also sight-seeing is more fun with good company IMO. It's close and Sauli has done VIP events, fashion show and a tv-show episode, I guess he could use a free weekend too. If there's more, good for them.  |

He's been so long in Stockholm, is he making the whole album there? I always thought he was going to do a song or two with him. Has it happened before, for people to make the whole album with the same writing camp? I thought Adam needed a couple of sure radio hits for singles. And I have to say, whichever label has placed so much trust in Adam, that he would sell out more than half a million units, and invested so much money in him, are my new favourite people in the world! They didn't have to do that, right, they could have invested in a song or two, that's maybe a week long effort? But he's there for four at least (i'm bad at maths, sorry) New Adam label, I don't know who you are, but I love you:) Not sure if he is makng the whole album, but I would say he is making most of it. From Nile's tweet, about their voices, of his song with Adam, we know there is producing going on, not just writing and recording. So, I would say they are writing some new songs, recording, then producing. And with some of the demos Adam already had, I'd say they are doing the production on those. And here's a toast to Adam's new label!  |

You are all talking about a writing camp which I associate with a hit factory manufacturing songs designed to chart. I think that's a bit different what's happening now with Adam. Like he said there are a lot of producers in Sweden, concentrated in Stockholm. I believe he has been working in several combinations with people who actually live and work there. So not 20 people grouped somewhere for a week to 'make hits' but writing/studio sessions with two or three people at a time. Martin or Janiek may have come there for a couple of days due to Adam but I assume otherwise he's working just like he would do in LA, in small teams of different musicians residing there. Sure it's like a camp for Adam but I don't think it's like that for his collaborators. To me this effort sounds more organic, making music together, trying to find the direction and distinctive sound. If they are successful they'll make a good album and it'll include a hit, too. I think that's the best that can be done. Nothing is certain but with good job you might get lucky.  |
