Whoever posted that Sam Smith "Lalala" vid, thanks. I'm not a fan of his solo songs but this collab w Naughty Boy is catchy as heck. And intriguing but creepy video. Good for him, he sounds good on that. I wish that Adam gets a good collab - not a duet but others like LMD. I mean, Elle Goulding's voice to me is really grating but she gets good songs, like w David Guetta. If Calvin Harris needed a male voice, I hope he'd call Adam, not Sam Smith. I think the AVICII-Nile collaboration that we have (LMD) is great. And we know there is at least one more Nile-Adam (and probably AVICII) collaboration that was recorded. That was Nile's Twitter fail. I prefer Adam solo. We also have a lot of Adam performance duets --WRTC Queen and Kris, Slow Ride with Alison, Adam + Gene Simmons/Kiss, Titanium with Angie Miller, 2 Chris Colfer, 1 Lea Michelle, 1 Cyndi Lauper, Adam + Chic, etc. In every case EXCEPT Cyndi Lauper, I would rather just have Adam. I would MOST love to have an Adam Lambert solo of "Titanium". ETA: My secrek evil wish is that Idol puts Adam with Caleb for the AI13 Finale!! I have no doubt who would win that rock duel! |

Can you just image if he did it!?!?! OMG I do not want to see that. There could be piranhas is that sea!! I think Adam would be naked (or nearly naked) by the end of it.....  OMG!!! Poor Adam! |

Just looking at what happened with Aloe Blacc post WMU. But maybe he was a superstar and I don't know. My evil wish is for QAL to get the Superbowl in Jan after A3 is launched, while an A3 single is in the Top 10 Billboard/itunes. So Adam can be viewed as current AND toe to toe w icons. And w co-songwriting credits on said hit single. |

So that song exists and is ready to be tee-ed off! Time will tell what it does. And it is even the same artist as WMU. At the least, Adam is making a lot of royalties from it. *** Aloe Blacc had a mega hit in 2010 in the UK and Europe, had 2 studio albums before WMU including a Gold album (peaked at #8) in the UK. He just was not known in North America until WMU. *** Queen would actually be an excellent choice for the Superbowl.  |

And TV Commercial are a perfect place to start. ETA: On the topic of big hits -- Pharell William's "Happy" is just a monster -- #1 in at least 30 countries. I stopped counting. And his album just had another great week. 787K units so far. |
