Now about photos, but first ... 

There are three main ways to post:

1. Clicking on the Quote button inside the post of someone you want to respond to. It opens their post in a separate page and you write your response directly below theirs, but outside the box that includes their quote.
 
2. Writing your comment directly into the Quick Reply box at the bottom of the page and hitting Post Quick Reply.

3. Clicking on Reply at the top or bottom of the page all the way over to the right of Quick Reply.

Only 1 and 3 will allow you to post a photo. When you are there, at the top of the post box is a long row of icons. The icon that is 8 from the right is a picture in a frame. Click on this and a small box opens that says Insert Image. Copy the URL of the photo you want to post into the Image URL box and then hit Insert Image at the bottom of the box and your picture will post where your cursor is placed, so make sure you have your cursor where you want your image to be.
