Adam posted a lot of "random" stuff yesterday….

I think that some of his posts on Facebook, Twitter and IG were because he had some free time to engage with fans.

One Facebook post I believe was related to the inclusion of “One” on the upcoming Sony Legacy “Adam Lambert Playlist” release. (see below for the track list).

My interpretation is that “Sweet Things” are ahead and we are headed into stormy weather – but stormy in a good way – Adam Stormy!! I thought this before Danielle Stori (Adam’s close friend) posted #stormy on this IG photo.) As for the reference to Mile High, I gather he was on layover in Denver (The Mile High City) on his way back to LA.

It may also be that there were two images were related to Island -- I think this is a stretch. Adam posted a YT of his studio recording of "One". One was done by U2 who are signed to Island Records. The weather photo was from New Zealand a famous Island country.


Playlist: The Very Best Of Adam Lambert Track List

This is the track list for Japan but there is probably only one version of this album.

My bet is that tracks #1, 2 and 3, were Adam’s top selling Idol recordings. “Marry the Night” is certainly his top selling feature performance from Glee. Kind of a nice bonus for Sony that they have the license for Glee recordings.

The most interesting thing is if they have selected the acoustic version of “Aftermath”, this album includes my three of my four favorite Idol performances (the studio version of “Feeling Good”, my favorite track from FYE (CLYG), my favorite track from Acoustic Live (“Aftermath”), my favorite track from Trespassing (“Runnin’”) and my favorite Glee performance.

"White Man" was written by Brian about the suffering of Native Americans at the hands of European immigrants, taking the viewpoint of native peoples. This song would be the focal point for a Freddie Mercury vocal solo on the A Day at the Races Tour and serve as both a Freddie vocal solo spot and a Brian guitar solo spot on the 1977–78 News of the World tour. The song is one of Queen's heaviest works, thematically and musically. On the later 2005 Return of the Champions Tour and the later 2008 Tour the riff from "White Man" was used as an introduction to "Fat Bottomed Girls".
