OT but I had to share this with you. I have my 8yr old grandson with me for a couple of days and he loves Adam (thanks to me playing Adam in my car every time he's with me and showing him Adam vids ) and now he knows and loves Queen music too. He just told me that the kids at school really like Adam and that some of the teachers, too. He has a substitute teacher a lot and she loves Adam and brought in a framed pic of the "Wolf Print" to show them! He told her how much I love Adam and that I have the same wolf picture hanging up! She said she really wants to meet me. You know...any time we hear of another Adam fan in our town we can't wait to meet and share Adam news with them, right?! Thanks for listening to my ramblings but I was so surprised to find this all out today! That is a great story - really just the beginning of one, I'd guess! Keep us posted! (I'm still looking for someone like that in my neighborhood...) Thanks for sharing! |

This has nothing to do with trucks or coffee bars. I just wanted to say how much I LOVE your avi! It's the bestest one ever! With apologies to AFL.  Oh just saw wal's post. That's too bad and very odd! WHY???

I thought the timing of the chat was very odd. Two days before a major show premiere? Every production I have ever been involved with was always scrambling with a myriad of last minute rehearsals, fittings, technical challenges, logistics, arrangements, etc two days before an opening or preview. In my observation, Adam is loathe to cancel any kind of appearance, and must have either a) felt whatever reason he had was imperative - like final rehearsals, b) been the victim of an initial misunderstanding/miscommunication between parties, or c) been really upset with the planning and arrangements of this event. I think it may have been a scheduling conflict. But the planning and arrangements for this event have been odd/disheveled. I am hopeful it will be cancelled. |

Are you sure? This is an American Company. www.trucknroll.com/Their trucks are configured for US sizes and for driving on the right. Need to check whether they have UK branch. BrB ETA: US and Canada only, according to their web page. Yeah, they look 'foreign' to me. Doesn't make any sense to airlift trucks that you can hire. Driving on the right might not be the important factor - they used the trucks to drive mostly in continental Europe. And you can drive those in the UK too - just keep on left lane. But big trucks are big trucks - if you're not an expert.  They are headquartered in Montreal Canada. They specialize in North American Tours -- US and Canada. |

Looks like the set will fit in Merriweather Post Pavilion -- it is a big venue. This is the view from the back lawn through the covered section to the stage. They usually put up big screens for the people in the back.  I even think that the catwalk may fit there.  The QAL concert is GA for the Flr R, C and L sections. |
