Wow, it was so great to have this livestream  , even if I had 27 (!!!) ad's in it during the show!  What a fantastic concert and Adam sounded incredible!  Waaah, I want to see them live, too!!!  I'm just wondering about the ads -- I had a ad at the very beginning of the stream - lasted 5 MINUTES - then, no more ads. I usually get ads throughout the stream. Did you get the opportunity to pick the one long ad when you signed on? Oh! That's what happened to me. I picked one of those long-ass ads at the beginning (begrudgingly), then expected to be interrupted with more, but....no. It was great!  |

sandysva - I saw your response to my lament last night about the left side of the thrust and Killer Queen. Did it make you want to crawl across the stage and peak over the back of the chair? I noticed that in Chicago the people on the left took the opportunity to tear their eyes away from Adam and actually watch the stage. It is a little funny and disconcerting, when watching the video where Adam is hilariously lolling all over the couch, to see all the concert-goers that are visible looking away. LOL. Hi Linda - I know that during a good part of Killer Queen last night I was actually looking up at the jumbotron. It was really the only way to see what he was doing because the back of the couch was squarely in our direction. Maybe we'll find ways to scoot to the end of the thrust when we see them put the couch up. "Oh I was headed for the restroom and thought I'd stop here" lol! ETA Just reread my post and of course you knew we were looking at the screen lol. Had to get up at oh-dark-thirty this morning to go to the airport and the coffee has not kicked in yet! |

I notice that starting at 3:05 of this vid, Roger and the drum kit platform started to lift up slowly to the start of the Q-tail catwalk then slowly came down again. Did it happen in Chicago? Umm...I have to check the Chicago vids. Btw, I persuaded all 3 of my children (21, 18 and 14 years old) to join myself and my DH to go to July 28th Toronto concert. I am so excited. Beside making long lasting fond memories for us, it would be a bonus if they fall in love with Queen and Adam's music and performance. One item checked off my bucket list.
