Thanks so much to Q3 and Talon for sharing all your Queen knowledge before the concerts. It added so much to the concert experience for me. A long time music fan decided to play "name that tune" while we were waiting for the doors to open. He played the first few bars of a Queen song on his phone. He then wanted us to name the song and the album it was from. He thought I was a hard core Queen fan I did so well. LOL A 15 year old girl in front of us did the best. She had discovered the music of Queen through GLEE and later Adam through GLEE. The pairing had her beyond excited. Another young fan and her mother were behind me. The 45 minutes before the show she kept mumbling, "This is the best day of my life" to her mother. The section to my right seemed to be filled with Queen fans. There were many vintage Queen concert shirts. They were into the show from the moment the curtain fell. I got the biggest kick watching a Queen fan in his early 30's. Every song played was the best song ever. He got our whole area to do the "Radio Gaga" clap correctly. I only saw a couple of people not into the concert. One was the husband of a glambert who didn't want to be there, the second was a lady upset everyone was standing. This was my only show and I feel a little depressed it is over. I need more! That is why I can't wait for the forum concert and yet don't ever want it to happen because I don't want it to be over!! Crazy right?

I was just at QueenOnline looking at the 2014 tour merchandise (sorry, I'm not tech-savvy enough to bring the link) and bought the Queen Freddie Mercury Red Bracelet. The words imprinted on the bracelet are "LET ME LIVE". As this item was listed under the 2014 tour section and is "cherry red", I assume it's new. Any thoughts?

On StubHub, it shows the layout for the Vegas shows at the Joint, with no catwalk. Do you think that's correct? Seems like they would want one, even if it's not as big or curved as the one they are using for the larger arena shows.
I'm trying to decide whether to buy floor seats for the Sunday Vegas concert, but don't think I'd want to be on the floor unless there were to be a catwalk.

Dear Atop Glamily
Haven't wanted to intrude on all the excitement and joy but with all the love and concern you have expressed, I wanted to update you.
My very lovely mom wisely chose the day of maximum light, the summer solstice, to make her journey into the light. She left so very softly and peacefully yesterday morning. I am following her wishes and bringing her to the Virgin River near Cathedral Rock in Sedona, AZ for her union with all the five elements. Fire will be the candles we float down the river for her and the blaze of the Sedona sun as it rises through the dramatic columns of Cathedral rock. The earth is the amazing rocks and monuments of Sedona. Water is the beautiful river itself with some augment from our tears. Air will be the inevitable freshness and breeze that comes at sunrise which is so early this time of year. And space will be the eternal reality that encloses us all.
And I too will follow her instructions to go and enjoy my life. She was such a partier and always lamented that her daughter was so serious. Her greatest motto was do what you want to do when you can as things change. She would be furious with me if I did anything less than a full out celebration and rocking out in Las Vegas especially would have been first on her list. She loved it there and didn't get me to go with her until a few years ago and I was so glad I did. So yes, I am going to join the tour with a little picture of mom with me. I will consider it her wake. She will love it.
I want to start mom and I off with a bang. Seriously trolling for a killer seat at the Forum in section H first row. There are seats for sale on resale but they won't sell just one. They will sell a pair though. Anyone want to join me there for some champagne with a gorgeous Killer Queen?

Looks like those five first row seats sold in a block just in the last little while. Still a few good seats back a couple of rows but still can't buy just one. Something will work out. I have faith.

So very sorry for your loss - your mom sounds like a wonderful lady and I know you will do her proud in these last things you can do for her; the 'ceremony' you describe sounds truly beautiful. On to more prosaic matters - there ARE single Forum seats in section H Row 1 for sale on Stubhub. Ginger got one yesterday when there were eleven available and now there are five being sold singly. Haven't rechecked but Ticketmaster had them as well yesterday (how does that work?) $574. Go, Go, GO!! EDIT: I see you have found out they are sold - but even now I have refreshed the page they still show up for me! Perhaps it takes a long time for the 'sold' message to get through to the UK!....
