I posted this in the news thread as well: Queenzone/QOL poster inu liger returned from Edmonton with a great mini-review - a full review to come later. He stated that Adam had a few major lyrical flubs (on par with some of PR's famed ones in South Africa) and that Brian had a few glitches towards the beginning but as the show went on it got better and better. He also stated that Adam was absolutely fn amazing and that he had done his homework and has been improving with each show. He also stated that he had a "WOW" moment during Show Must Go On. AND he confirmed the bass solo and stated it included bits of Staying Power, Don't Try Suicide and wait for it Q3....Body Language He also said Roger kind of reprised his drum/bass solo of 2008 where he strikes the bass with his sticks. I hope some of the streams catch this next time! (I'm not complaining - I know she's an AL fan and not necessarily a Queen fan...it's frustrating as a viewer but I know a Queen fan could do the same...) BUT on the other hand inu as a major Queen fan DID post a full audio recording which reportedly is fantastic inu's full audio recordingAgain do NOT share as mp3 or I'll have to ask to have it taken down. If you want to convert it to mp3 for personal use, fine, but do not re-share it as mp3....Thanks! AND I'll add to that I'm listening now and while maybe a touch soft, the audio *IS* clear as day! Adam: "Down in the brothel, just Freddie and me" - interesting Now I'm Here lyrical change!

Often, Talon, the streamer is conserving the phone battery and has has to make a choice: Bass solo? or Finale and Encore? It really is not that they want to leave Neil out.

Adam: "Down in the brothel, just Freddie and me" - interesting Now I'm Here lyrical change! Adam *has been making a bunch of lyrics changes -- that is an interesting one. WWTLF "....there's no space for us." remains my fav -- particularly in combo with '39. I also like the Led Zeppelin WWL reference in this acapella bit. *** I have only watch the stream but this seemed to be the most Adamized performance so far. I expect with the good reviews, he will become a bit looser and more comfortable with being himself on stage. *** I really like that Adam is lengthening and flattening some of the notes -- he has been evolving as a rock vocalist since his first performance with Queen -- and is build a very interesting merged style. There are some elements of his theatrical style mixed with a clearer, less clutter rock vocal. The result on a few of these songs is spectacular. He seems to be working on a few songs -- particularly the songs with the repetition -- RGG, WWRY and WATC.

This is exactly what happened. I was with her and helping towards the end. Isla you rock, girl!!! Last night was PHENOMENAL!! We had some hard core Queen fans right behind us. And you could tell they had WOW moments with Adam mostly in the last part of the show. I think he won them over. Neil's solo was fantastic! ETA: There were two old-ish guys in Queen T-shirts on the first row, a bit left from where we were. They were having a great time and rocking hard!!!

That was the case last night. She tweeted that she was trying to save battery power and even asked people not to Tweet her to try to extend the time. Also, I do not think she could really get Roger's bass tapping from where she was sitting.

Curious, Talon. In all the years Freddie performed, he never flubbed a lyric? That would be phenomenal. I go to many concerts, and have seen minor flubs by many artists.

a. Yes I understand completely that she had to save her battery and am not blaming or even *really* complaining I'm simply commenting that I wish I could see it! AND I hope that the bass schtick stays in for at least 1 out of my 3 gigs b. OH Yes Freddie has flubbed lines before. It was just a running thing with Paul that he did forget lines and even used a prompter at times I think. I don't think it was a major picking on from inu - just a comment. Hell Freddie OFTEN flubbed good old fashioned lover boy leading to some rum pum pums instead of lyrics. 3 of my favorite flubs of all time> a. Queen live in Stockholm - Good Old Fashioned Lover-Boy 1977 - in the first chorus b. Queen live in Glasgow - I'm IN Love WIth My Car 1979 ROGER completely flubs I'm In Love With My Car so badly that Freddie has to come in to try to salvage it He jumps into the bridge too soon and Brian joins him and Freddie and John try to catch up and save him.... c. Queen live in Stockholm - Save Me 1982 Freddie starts the song and Brian just doesn't play the piano part.... "It started off so well..........well it didn't start off so fuckin' well then did it? C'mon you motherfuckers!"
