Okay, this guy? In this video? One of my favorite videos so far. This is when you know it's great. When it moves someone to sing out , to be so full of joy and excitement that they can't contain themselves, that is what the magic is. That is what this concert supplies immeasurably.
GAHHHHH. I cannot find the words to express the feelings. What magic magic magic to make an entire arena of people respond this way, what power. What elemental primeval chords Adam and Queen are striking. Amazing. Awesome. And all the other applicable superlatives I can't find.

Adam is so PRESENT. Every moment. And I love that just as much as we are intent on Adam, so many people are intent on Brian and Roger. Instantly converted, of course to being Adam fans also, but still. So fucking much talent and experience on that stage.

ETS: Thanks, kryptoman68, great read. Another genius of Adam's. Maybe it's that infinity tattoo, I think it is more that music IS his center, his consciousness, but he works an audience like crazy. It is magic to me because I don't feel worked. I feel like he wants me to play, he wants me to have a moment of unfettered fun, a moment of absolute "goosies," a moment to remember. And he wants to share that moment with me, not hand it to me, but have that flow between us. And he will lead me there at my own pace, he won't force me or bludgeon me to that moment, when it comes it is of my own joyful capitulation. And he will share it with me.
Sorry, I am very vulnerable to this boy in the early morning hours. I think he is just magic. As I may have mentioned.
Also love that there are people every bit as thrilled about these two as I am about Adam, so glad their fans have their moments without Adam to enjoy.
Now, this is it. This what is basic here. This is two people, a singer and a guitar player (and all the band, of course) There are no dancers. There are no costumes. There is just the music, the voice. The basics. They need no stinkin' stuff. They have the talent. They don't need to distract or obfuscate. They are the real deal. No wonder we are so captivated.

When did he take the fringed sleeves off. Was it hotter then usual or was there a costume malfunction? Maybe the fringe was getting in the way up on the couch. My only hope is that those wonderful leopard boots make it to Detroit. They've always been a favorite. I can't believe that I think about seeing them in person. GAL.
