The lovely aroma of pot is wafting in the air. *sigh* ???? lol

The pot smell might have been stronger up where they were, it was just a gentle wift where we were. My 14 DS got an education on what it smells like in full flower on the walk to the bus stop.

I was a bit worried walking back to the hotel after the concert (just follow the streams of people and try to read our street map at intersections) that we were inadvertently going thru a red light disctrict but nah, the bar scene in downtown Vancouver on a Saturday night is just hopping. They close off 4 or more blocks of one street so they can have vendors.

They had at least 2 maybe 3 tshirt booths (by booth I mean 30 feet wide areas) just on our side of the arena. They were open before, during, and after. A guy behind bought two during the slower middle section fairly quickly but the rest of the time when I was out in the hall they were slammed.

There were huge lines after but they stayed open until all the customers were served. The only way to stay in the venue was if you were in line for merchandise.
