While I have posted a couple of very brief recaps already, I will add that I LOVED the huge "Q" on stage. I thought it framed the images beautifully and made them seem so close even though I was far away (well, a few rows up from the floor at the back). I could easily see Adam's gorgeous blue eyes. Definitely looked like he trimmed Melvin quite a bit; looks really nice. His hair looked great! Adam's banter was quite good and he seems to get more and more comfortable with it as the tour progresses. When he initially appeared at the front of the stage during "Now I'm Here," he sang "now I'm here..Houston!" The crowd went nuts! Oh, when I first arrived at the venue and got to my seat, I was sooo excited that I just had to call someone who I knew would understand so I called our sweet Cassie and could only tell her that I was freaking OUT and I still had 45 minutes until the show started!! And then when Adam sang those first notes of NIH, I swear I thought I was going to pee with excitement. I thought, "no Adam--now I'M here and I cannot believe it!!" It seemed like an eternity from when I bought my ticket in March until now. I will close by saying that that was the QUICKEST 2 and a half hours I've ever experienced. It seemed to go by in a flash...but I wouldn't trade tonight for anything in this world. There was a whole lotta love and fun and greatness on that stage tonight...and it was infectious. Goodnight all.... , I love your "fragmented recaps"!  They're great! Sometimes it's way easier just to throw in a paragraph of musings here and there as you think of stuff! Love the bolded part! And that was so sweet that you called cassie! LOL  |

I need someone to type up a little transcript of what Adam was actually singing because I can't really hear it and I WANNA HEAR IT!! Pleeeeeeeeeeeeze!!!!  The vid posted is not quite the beginning. Adam was over near Spike when whatever happened to the guitar happened. When he realized that something was wrong he came back toward the center of the stage and started improvising. Hopefully a better vid will show up, at very least I will try to pick out what I can from this one tomorrow. Right now, I need to hit the sack and so I can be functional tomorrow for Dallas. Thanks, bb! I have to go to bed, too.... I'll check back tomorrow morning!  |

Woman of few words review: Fucking spectacular show, good time had by all that I could see or hear. No complaints just love and laughter. First row up from the floor, just below the end of the thrust - excellent view of everything. I took one picture of the curtain and a short vid of the nearly full arena before the lights went down. Put the camera away and indulged in the bliss of the voice and the music. Looked back to check on hubby four or five songs in, he was bopping along singing with a big smile. He commented, man Adam sure don't dance like a gay guy - I did not ask for an explanation. I certainly enjoyed every second of the concert and he did as well. He has already figured out what time we need to head to Dallas in the morning from here on Lake Conroe. Yeah, I have a good concert buddy after all. OMG That is too funny!!  awww, bless hubby for turning into a concert buddy! |

??? It's 3:30 am here so I may be imagining things but I think I just read a long post from a Queen fan on another forum, the link was posted up thread. But now it's gone. Can't remember who brought it over but it was very interesting - anyone?
