And did you SEE how he bent back during SCC, bit by bit, so smoothly, slow motion slowly, until his head touched the stage, and up again like it's nothing... I say yoga every day, pilates 5 times a week...

I have to admit that I didn't like how he did Somebody To Love in 2012. It was a disappointment for me. But I am digging what I'm hearing on it this tour. He's committed more to it or something. Although I can understand why others might not like it. Being from a musical theater background myself, I'm all for it, but it's definitely strays from the rock and roll side. BUt fuck it , I dig it  I also was not too thrilled with the 2012 version but love the 2014 version. Freddy wrote an Aretha song and I think Adam has learned to channel his "Miss Thang" voice a lot more since 2012. But Adam has improved his R&B/Blues singing a lot since 2012 -- it was clear when he sang that improv in Biloxi and then with "Red House" in Texas. |
