Just a comment...cuz I thought the Merriweather show was fabulous. That final shot of Brian when everyone has exited the stage and he turns back and raises his guitar - GAH!! It killed me then, and it kills me to watch it on the clip...the man is so adorably humble - and seriously, he has every right to be a pompous ass considering his body of work! My daughter has fallen in love with Light of My Life. She was playing and replaying a Freddie/Brian version all night. It's cool that the younger generation is (re)discovering Queen. (also wanted to add that our experience with the venue was exceptional...took the hotel shuttle which was a godsend and mistakenly lined up at the the VIP entrance (we weren't VIP but the nice young girl let us stay . Bought a couple of those 14 buck Margaritas which were really boozy and yummy, wandered about and then sat in our seats and people watched. I loved the place and wouldn't hesitate to see another concert there! Drive TO Columbia from NJ was hellious though - what should have been 3 hours was close to 5 and we were detoured through the sketchiest bowels of Baltimore - as I said before, daughter and I weren't even speaking to each other by the time we arrived at the hotel! Haha! Follow that up with a 10 hour drive yesterday down to our place in Myrtle Beach in torrential rain...and I'm just happy to staying put for a few days) off topic completely now...we missed our exit off I-95 because of the ridiculous rain and ended up in the middle of nowhere, South Carolina, driving aimlessly for hours. I wanted to stop for gas at the first little no-name "station" I saw - not gonna lie, I was starting to panic. Daughter says "no freakin' way! I've seen the movies - the crazy guy working there pumps your gas and then calls up the local lunatic killer to let him know you're driving through town! I'm not stopping!!!!" Haha! We got to civilization on gas fumes.

I agree with kathleenpf and thebean...the call and response was one of the highlights for me too! He was 100% Adam, and so charming and adorable! I think as he does these shows, he has gotten more and more comfortable with it, and he's keeping it simpler and shorter. The faces he makes are hilarious! He's just a natural born charmer with tons of charisma! Love him!
