LOL at Maureen Van Zandt getting all bent about MJ's gushing on twitter. She was throwing all kinds of shade after the MSG show. So jealous of everyone who has gotten to see the show live---of course, we were driving my son to basketball camp the night it was in Chicago :( What's this? And who is Maureen Van Zandt ... I was wondering the same thing.  |

What's this? And who is Maureen Van Zandt ... I was wondering the same thing.  She is the wife of Stevie Van Zandt (member of E street band & actor on Sopranos), they were at the MSG concert. To be fair, I did not see her throw any shade in fact she was very complemetary of Adam. To paraphrase her twitter from that night: She said she knew Freddie personally and it was hard for her to see someone else. Complemented both Adam and Queen, all very polite and positive. Today, she tweeted to M J (org tweet deleted) but the gist was that hashtagging Adam first was disrespectful. Reason that tag first was explained and all good. No Drama, heel! |

Maureen Van Zandt is Little Steven's wife---notoriously "anti-Adam" and is, quite hilariously, the stereotypical butt-heart AI fan. She was at MSG with her husband for the show and was just missing Freddie so badly... She said it "wasn't a rock show" and it "left her cold." If you know her history on twitter it is all pretty predictable.
go back and look at her twitter---she has admitted Adam was a good singer, but that is all she would give him. She is a Major Kris fan and has NEVER liked Adam. No drama---if you know her history, it was actually funny

Considering the blogger's targeted market the order of the hashtags was perfectly reasonable. |
