Adam Lambert’s New Material ‘Strongest of His Career’
Adam Lambert is currently on the road with Queen, but the singer is also focusing on his own music. On Air with Ryan Seacrest has learned that Adam has been working on the follow-up to his 2012 album, Trespassing, and we’re hearing it may be “the strongest one in his career.”
Not only is he “focused and inspired,” but he’s also very happy with the direction the songs are going in. And best news for fans: We can expect to hear Adam’s next album at the beginning of next year.

Yes, Cassie, Adam has had some kind of dance training. The balletic term for his swirl are chaine turns. Notice that as his body rotates his gaze stays focused and as he completes the rotation his head spins around to catch up, he re-establishes his focus and starts the next turn. This is called spotting. It prevents dizziness and helps the dancer locate him/herself in space. He would have learned that technique in a dance class or from a trained dancer. Adam has never once said he took dance so where do you get the information that he has had dance training? He has many freinds who are professional dancers, Terrence, Brooke, Sasha, etc. it's likely they have shown him how to spin without falling on his ass. He is a very graceful and natural spinner but the rest of his dancing is really just random moves to the rhythm. |

He most likely already started learning some dance moves as a kid, being heavily involved in a children's theatre group and in his high school they had something called 'air bands' competitions -- there's even a video somewhere of a performance (called War or Raid or something) where Adam was featured as the main dancer, so.... |

This is from the description of the video:
"I just learned via the comments, that the lead character for the "War" section, is Adam Lambert from American Idol Season 8! I knew there was something special about this performance every time I watched it, and this just adds to it!
The theme for this airband was Raid, yea that stuff you use to kill bugs and roaches. The opening set of dancers represent the bugs, while the girls are going to war to kill them.
This is a sick performance all around, the lead dancer doing the "War" section is great fun to watch. He looks like he is dancing in fast forward, it's wild!"

Try it some time, it is hard. |
