Just have to share this. Went to a BBQ the other day and was talking to the company manager of Hedwig and the angry inch, and I asked him how long they expected the show to run after Andrew Rannells leaves ( he's replacing NPH ). He said " as long as we can find good replacements." So I said you should get Adam Lambert. And he said " oh we've tried, believe me several times, we think he'd be great, he's got too much going on." I can't tell you how happy that made me! I just saw this! This is absolutely awesome that they tried to get him and even more awesome that he has too much going on! WOW!

Edmonton maybe was the first "All you need is love" call and response before Radio Gaga. When was the first time Brian and Adam started playing Spike's piano during CTLCL? A question for Cassie - Adam used to vocalize to find the pitch (sorry, no idea what the technical term is) during the 2012 concerts. He hasn't during this tour. Does that mean he'a more secure each time he'll find the key or something else? I'm sure you know what I mean, as I'm not articulating my question at all! No technical term that I know of. I am not sure he was vocalizing to find the pitch. Could have been. More likely checking his mics and monitors before the next song. The starting pitches and keys are not hard to find. Or it could just have been a self-psych ritual to make sure he was ready. I definitely think he is more confident this time around. I also see less playing with the monitors, and less signals to the sound guy. My guess is that, for this long tour, they have worked extra hard to have everything perfect for him. I'd be interested in what others think.

I think it's great he doesn't have to do that pre-song warm-up but just wondered about it if the starting pitch and key isn't hard to find.

Does anybody remember the moment Brian got PISSED when something happened with his guitar and he quickly had to switch to another one? I'm pretty sure it was either in Edmonton or Calgary? I don't think it was a broken string... I believe it's this one from Edmonton. "Don't Stop Me Now" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" @2:13

I also remember it started after a problem with the ear pieces that caused him to sing "in the dark".... As for this tour - they quite obviously have worked out most of the glitches, so we see less signaling and less ear piece adjustment with every show....
