Logically, we knew Adam had a label. He had too. No one gets max Martin on their own. But it is so, so, so, so good and comforting to see his own words in writing confirming he has a "different label". Because some people (won't say who, but their user name might start with "A" and end in "i" with a "v" in there somewhere) might have been starting to get a bit nervous that we've never had any kind of official confirmation. Sitting here laughing at myself. To explain, I am reading on an ipad so have zoomed out to where only the discussion boxes are showing - no poster info. Reading this and struggling to figure out why in the hell would Avicii care if Adam has a label or not. Some days I wonder about me. You got me good Avari. (Ahhh, I see I wasn't the only one. Whew) . Lol! And it never, ever occurred to me how close my user name is to Avicii. But, hey, for all we know Avicii could be deeply concerned about Adam's career!

What song was he singing when he said this? I don't remember this. I want to know too! Did you get an answer? Not yet.

Happened to tune in to Trunk Nation on SiriusXM radio today whilst driving. It's hosted by Eddie Trunk, a hard rock/metal enthusiast who is also host of tv show That Metal Show on VH1. Happy to hear guest Chris Jericho speak extremely enthusiastically about Adam when discussing the Queen concert he attended. Eddie said he might go to the show on Wednesday and when Chris told him the show opens with Now I'm Here Eddie sounded really excited. Nice to see hard rock/metal fans responding to Adam's talent. I know in the past Eddie has made disparaging remarks about American Idol and there was none of that in their conversation today. Progress!

I'm sure I'm off in some way in my mental timeline or interpretation of what he said or something, but in this most recent interview with Lindsey Parker, Adam indicates that he has a new label and different management. Didn't he have Direct Marketing Group in place as his management team when he released Trespassing? So, is he still with them?

I saw Runs N' Roses' Axl Rose on one time. He was doing some kind of tour. One time Eddie Trunk and the rest of that group on the show were takking about the best rock guitar players and Brian was among the top ones. Don't ask me why I started watching that show because I am not a hard rock/metal person but some of the history and stuff they go into about the music is interesting. I remember them talking with some guest about the loss of theme type albums in today's music. LOL! And I, also, like the bubble notes show on VH1 they do about different artists. It's funny at times.
