Started reading the great reviews on Ticketmaster and here's a few out of 558 reviews with 4.8 stars out of 5 rating. www.ticketmaster.com/Queen-Adam-Lambert-tickets/artist/1971833?tm_link=edp_Artist_Rating#BVRRWidgetIDMadison Square Garden - New York, NY by 5fromDenmark On the last night of our holiday in NYC we enjoyed this fabulous concert. We are a family of five (from age 15 to 46) from Denmark and we are all huge fans of Queen. Now we are also huge fans of Adam Lambert. He is a great performer with a fantastic voice. All the musicians are extremely skilled and the energy level of the concert was very high. We would very much like to go a concert with Queen + Adam Lambert again. Favorite moment: Brian May performing "Love of My Life" together with the audience. It brought a feeling of warmth and intimacy the concert. Madison Square Garden - New York, NY by Merja Everything was perfect. Brian's guitar playing, Roger's drumming, Rufus (Tiger) was a surprise, an insane drummer, and Adam Lambert exceeded all expectations! The lighting was unprecedented. Everyone should see and hear this concert. The only bad thing is that after this concert, all the other concerts do not feel like anything. Favorite moment: The concert was full of favorite moments, I do not have time to recover from the previous one, when a new highpoint was hitting again. Madison Square Garden - New York, NY by manciofficial The best concert of Queen w/out the legend Freddie Mercury so far. Amazing, touching, an unforgettable tears-shivers gig. Adam didn't seem to wanna look like the Queen charismatic frontman died in 1991, because every lyric was skyllfully and magically interpreted in his own style. Freddie can't be replaced, John can't either, but Roger and Bri did bring the magic of this incredible band back on the stage. Again. Favorite moment: Intro(Now I'm here)/Bohemian Rhapsody/We are the champions Madison Square Garden - New York, NY by JoeyCaps From the opening song to the two encores we were out of our seats the whole time. So good, we're looking into traveling to another city on the tour to do it again! Air Canada Centre - Toronto, ON by Cbsbigdave Utterly brilliant show! Nobody does showmanship like Queen even without Freddie and John. Adam Lambert was excellent and very well received by the audience. Brian captivated the crowd with his amazing playing. Roger kept them all together with the help of Rufus, Spike and Neil. Travelled from England to see the show and was glad we did!!! Favorite moment: Too many but Bohemian Rhapsody went down very well!

Back at work this week after two weeks school holidays (I'm a teacher) which were very well-timed with all the QAL shows and NZ show announcements and ticket-buying stresses and celebrations etc.... so a bit behind catching up with all the threads here! :( Then today, a SECOND Auckland concert announced! So happy, and will stretch the budget even further to get ticket to the 2nd show.... has to be done! (with 2 Melbourne shows = 4 in total = me one very happy Glambert!!!) And then today, I actually WON two tickets to the first concert on a radio promo!!! You had to identify lyrics of a Queen song,. spoken by someone speaking in a "posh-Queen-of-England" voice! LOL! Was listening quite by chance, and managed to get through, and got the answer correct! (Under Pressure.... !!!!) So I was hoping it would be tickets to the 2nd show, as I already have tickets to the first, but no, the tickets were to the first show! What to do? All my friends have tickets already, and I have no idea where in the venue they are - close? far away? who knows? so I decided to give them to my parents. both music lovers, and who appreciate Adam and are impressed by his voice. and they have been very tolerant-bordering-on-supportive with my Adam obsession! They know many Queen songs. (who doesn't?!) but not they are far what I would have thought as fans of rock music! Dad is a retired professional opera singer, and musical theater performer.... they're both in their 70s (not that that has any bearing) But also because of my obsession, they are well informed of Adam's vocal prowess! I knew they would not spend their limited $$ on tickets. so to be able to give them my winning tickets was such a thrill!!! I am ecstatic beyond words that they will now experience Adam LIVE! and with Queen no less!!!! SO many friends, family and colleagues, who would probably never attend an Adam-only concert, (well they might in era 3 - who knows?) will get to experience this epicness!!!!!!!! Can't put into words how many feels I have about this!!!! Sorry for long, rambling post (blame the wine! ) but just had to share!
