Babs12 and I drove through those "Philly" storms on our way back to Pittsburgh. It was a sea of car flashers on the road competing with the lightning displays, hail, and we even had to dodge a tree which covered one entire lane of the PA turnpike. Dicey. The kind of rain where the windshield wipers at top speed don't make a difference. We pulled over twice.
Suffice it to say, glad we weren't flying in it, because it was scary enough on the ground. Intrepid driver Babs12 kept a steady hand on the wheel, while I kept reporting on the bright red radar blotches from accuweather on my phone. Ah, the Adam adventures continue!

That is a great resource...unfortunately it crashes on me in firefox a bunch. BUT when I can get it stable it's phenomenal  I wish I could find a longer video of 39 from Boston - I'd love to hear Brian giving shout out to my second favorite band, Extreme...ah well. I wonder if they do something special tonight as the last night of the tour...Q3's best chance at getting Jailhouse Rock  I have no expectation or hope that I will hear JR -- CLTCL is enough "Elvis" music for this show. My expectation for tonight is that they MIGHT do "Dragon Attack" again -- and maybe a really longshot see something else they did previously. But I think the odds of hearing anything new for Q+AL are close to zero. Setting aside that....my revised, realistic hopes and dreams having seen this show a "few" times: -- They perform TSMGO and DSMN tonight. -- We get another "Dragon Attack". -- Brian plays all of the guitar solo from "Bijou" -- he already has played part of it but I want it all! *** |

I voted a few times on that Billboard fan poll again when I first got online this AM and saw we had fallen behind. Now I see the poll is closed and we lost.  I was hoping Q3 would pop in at some point and say "Don't waste your time! Not worth it!" But she didn't.....  So was this an important one? |

No *REAL* chance at JR. Just musing that Red House was played at the last date of the QPR NA tour :D BUT I mostly agree...I think Show Must Go On makes a come back tonight. Dragon Attack might also (whether or not that means no Love Kills is a question mark). I doubt we get all of Bijou but that would be nice. I *DO* think there is an outside chance that if they are planning on doing more than soundchecking I Was Born To Love You, that it could get a premiere tonight as a try-out of sorts. REAL outside but there... |
