Dainty Group @daintygroup We have a FINAL release of @queenwillrock + @adamlambert tickets for TONIGHT at @allphonesarena! www.ticketek.com.au/queen @ticketek_AU Retweeted by Shenanigans There were probably a few good seats in this release but they are long gone. Looks like they also opened up some back rows is the third level -- is 55, 56 and 57. I was hoping that they would drape the upper back wall -- but I guess not. If they do not sell the top few rows, they can drape the back wall and the acoustics will be better -- like the IZOD (NJ) show. There weren't any good seats. These 'final' release seats are in the same general area that have been available for the last couple of weeks. There are only a handful of reasonable seats available on the secondary market as well. Same for the second concert. I am in row 10, section C for tonight's concert. We got a VIP package and it cost AU$620 . Not sure how that compares to the US VIP packages, but the tickets have seemed really expensive. I'm not really complaining though, it is a magnificent concert and well worth every cent.

Top US VIP, not counting the stage seats, was $495. Not sure how that would convert to Australian currency.

Thank you. And wow. My tickets are in the second VIP category. From memory the top VIP was around AU$850 - section A right in front of the stage. My tickets put me near the end of the 'thrust' so I'm smiling from ear to ear already. Only six more hours to go .....

End of thrust is the best! OFC, no one knew that until the first show! You all had an advantage in your ticket buying strategy! Have fun!!!

I'll do a second audio stream for this concert - I'll start at Brian and Roger's solos so that the whole concert is covered. This is my first stream, so hopefully all will go well. Link to the stream is: new.livestream.com/accounts/9701622/events/3318889ETA: Depends on whether or not I can get a good wifi connection. I checked with the venue and they told me the wifi is available in the lobby of the venue. So, not sure how good it will be.

Looks like Australian VIP tickets are more expensive than the US. Top VIP is US$798, your ticket's $576.

AU$620 is about $576 american. Still quite a bit more expensive but ALL the seats are more expensive on this leg of the tour. Have fun Nikki! Estimating off of the standard concert seating plan, looks like about 15,500-16,500 capacity. Should be a rocking good time.

Concerts in Australia always have higher prices even after a currency adjustment because it is more expensive to tour there. The country is huge -- so transport costs are high. Here is a cool map of Australia and the US/Canada -- real scale -- Australia is upside down so that the ice and heat line up. Clearly done by someone in North America.
