Lady Gaga steps off of an airplane onto the tarmac on Wednesday (August 27) in Sydney, Australia.

Later that evening, the 28-year-old entertainer stopped by the Queen concert, where she surprised Adam Lambert and co on stage for a song!

Gaga and the guys sang the hit song “Another One Bites The Dust” together to the screaming fans – check it out below!

Later, Adam posted a cute pic on Instagram. “So much fun tonight! @ladygaga” he wrote.

Thanks to an unlikely intersection of Australian tour routes, Lady Gaga was able to make a surprise appearance with the Adam Lambert-fronted Queen at the band's Sydney stop on August 27th. The Artpop singer joined the group onstage for a performance of "Another One Bites the Dust," with Gaga wearing a giant Afro and dark jumpsuit with little crowns embossed on it, since this was a Queen show. The Australian leg of Gaga's artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball trek kicked off earlier this week. Watch a crowd-shot clip of Gaga's visit below.

Brian May also tweeted a selfie of himself and Gaga post-show, and Gaga followed suit on Instagram with a pic of her with the whole group. While the collision of Gaga and Queen may seem random, she has actually worked with both Lambert and Brian May in the past: She co-wrote the track "Fever" which appeared on Lambert's debut LP, For Your Entertainment, while May played guitar on Gaga's Born This Way single "Yoü and I," a song that also featured a sample of Queen's "We Will Rock You." With that in mind, the most surprising part about Gaga's Queen appearance is that she sang "Another One Bites the Dust" instead of "Radio Ga Ga."

I've heard Gaga sound great (the stuff she did with Tony Bennett was impressive). But, yeah, it can be said that wasn't her best. Still cool tho'! (But was hoping for a bit better).

Why can't this performance be celebrated for what it was - a delightful, surprise impromptu duet between two artists who clearly enjoyed performing together. And equally enjoyed by the live audience.
Doesn't seem fair to pile on Gaga and pick her to pieces because some feel she wasn't in perfect voice on a Queen+Adam stage. I think the excitement of her appearance more than made up for any perceived imperfections in her performance.
I loved them together and clearly Adam loved it. That's good enough for me.

May I just say what a thrill it must be for Adam to sing in front of crowds like that?! I'll never forget seeing him on the 2nd stop of GlamNation in the tiny, tiny Starlands venue in NJ which was a thrill for ME because we were practically on top of him.....but damn, the boy has come a LONG WAY since then.

......sooooooo happy for him!!

(I LOVE the Gaga duet...not as much for the performance itself (yikes), but for solidifying his star status)

Remember when Queen + Adam Lambert ROCKED US at Mohegan Sun last month? Well, their tour is still going strong after a handful of shows in Asia, and now Australia, before wrapping in New Zealand next week. And last night (er, today? This morning? Tonight? Time zones are hard… so whenever it was, LOL!), a special guest surprised the crowd in Sydney!

Lady Gaga (whose stage name was inspired by Queen’s song, “Radio Gaga,”) came out, in full Gaga-esque garb, and sang “Another One Bites the Dust” alongside the legendary rockers and their leather-clad, glory note-belting, fantastic front-man!

This cross-fandom fun actually began last week in Perth when the guys went to see Gaga’s show on the Australian leg of her “artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball” tour! And then this impromptu awesomeness happened, so yeah! Needless to say, Twitter and Instgram were filled with flailing Queen fans, Glamberts and Little Monsters!

I saw both the Queen show and the Lady Gaga show when they came through stateside and both were truly a treat! Their tours are soon winding down, so what’s next for all of these talented artists?

Queen: Previously unreleased tracks featuring original front-man Freddie Mercury, being put out by William Orbit!??! Yes, please! Freddie was incredible and he’s missed dearly! What a treat for lifelong Queen fans!

Adam Lambert: He’s working on his upcoming third studio album!! No concrete information yet as to when we’ll feast our ears, so in the meantime (while we wait impatiently), we’re still rocking out to his last [Billboard #1] album, Trespassing!

Lady Gaga: She’s teamed up with the renowned standards singer, Tony Bennett, for a duets album entitled Cheek to Cheek! She often has a jazzy, throwback-ish tone to her voice, so no doubt this collab will be great!

The publicity for Adam is well worth a few off-key notes from Lady Gaga here and there. She's actually a good singer so I don't know why it was a little rough but who really cares.
