And then the stream is off and I'm on my own again, in sunny daytime Amsterdam instead of in New Zealand. This was the last time that I could listen, and I am at the same time very grateful for a summer full of Queen and Adam, but still also sad. I didn't know somebody singing at the other side of the world could make me feel simultaneously exhilarated and melancholic. Thank you Adam! And Brian, and Roger! I am so looking forward to reliving this tour through the vids, and toward new things to come, whatever they may be!  And I'm alone at almost 4 a.m. Sigh. Feeling the same way.... sort of sad, a bit panicky cause it's almost all over, and exhilarated, too. sigh. Awwww, some of us are still here with you [hugs]. And I feel the same. Bittersweet. This has been the tour that was impossible, but it happened. Adam will surprise us again, surprise himself again. Surprise the world again. It's wonderful now and will all be wonderful again. Will just take a little time. No biggie. |
