Hi everybody. I went to bed last night on page 2 when there was a rumour that Adam was sick and in the hospital. Was there any truth to that? I see the show happened and things look good!!! I've fallen behind with my Adam stanning so I'm looking forward to some Adam down-time so I can catch up. A3, here we come! YAY! <kicks ProBoards> Ok, I know I responded to this hours ago. Dumb angry bears. Anyhoo, I never saw anything about Adam being ill after that first tweet. Plus, Adam totally ripped the arena roof off for the last QAL concert. So, I'm guessing either someone was mistaken or was stirring up dust. Yeah...that's what I think too. I arrived here EARLY and saw that tweet and was really worried for a while that Adam was feeling OK until that fierce, gorgeous voice exploded through the whole arena....then I knew all was well.

I'm jealous of the gold confetti that Australia and New Zealand got....we had plain yellow tissue for MSG and Merriweather - that said, my precious pieces have been lovingly sealed in envelopes and tucked away with everything else "Adam". Hah! Era 3 is going to require another big plastic tub. I'm severely downsizing next year and have no idea where I'm going to store my collection! #stanproblems Yeah, and those "confetti-flies" (as my daughter terms them) crumple easily and dissolve when wet (do *not* leave on the bathroom sink). May indeed have to seal in envelopes to retain the few remaining ones I have.

I'm with mys*&@^#r.....onward and upward !!! No sadness or mourning from me. Everything is beautiful !!! This has been a glorious, fabulous surprise summer of QAL fun. The gift Adam gave Brian and Roger is priceless and all the glorious positives Adam received from this experience are invaluable. I sure as heck didn't see all this coming a year ago. Isn't it fun to be so pleasantly surprised? This journey with Adam is gonna be a long road loaded with twists and turns and littered with one "I never saw that coming" after another. I love it! You have said it so fine (mys*&@^#r and bamafan). This journey has been so unbelievable amazing! I was at Madison, I have listened/watched all stream - million thanks for the streamers! - Nothing is enough- I am in a deep rabbit hole!

Good morning! It is the morning after the best night of my life!
OMFG what a show. So lucky to have been there for the finale. And so close to him. Just beyond amazing.
I will be in recovery mode for some time, but will try to write a recap over the next day or so. Suffice to say he interacted with me twice, and it was beyond incredible! But this morning I went to upload photos from my camera (which was a recent purchase with these concerts in mind!) only to discover I must have accidentally bumped the settings as only a few are in focus. The rest are all so blurry like the shutter was on a long exposure or something. Devastated as they would have been amazing and a fantastic memory of the night.
But will focus on the positives, which are so numerous, ending with meeting Brian May afterwards! He was fantastic. Will include al the deets in my recap, but I have to somehow get through a work day today. Tomorrow is Saturday here, and will be spent sleeping! I think I've had less than 6 hours sleep over the last 2 nights! But no regrets - it was more than worth it!

Sorry about your camera but we got to see your lovely pic with Dr. Bri....that should make it all betterer!! Hang in there for your work day and go get lots of sleep when you get home! ETA: I think there are a lot of us here walking around with little sleep the last few days!lol

So...wonder where all the stage, lighting, rigging, costumes, props & other gear for this tour goes now? To UK? In storage for another leg of this tour? Am sure Bri, Rog & the guys will keep their instruments close to hand, but what about ALL this stuff that has traveled so far with them. I dearly hope we see it all assembled again for more shows soon & not just scavenged for parts. Musings of a sleep-deprived person here... ETA: Silly me. Of course Adam's wardrobe will find its way back to the entire wing of his new house that houses every thread he's ever worn. Much of these outfits started out in his own closet... No doubt we'll see pieces-parts of costumes reincarnated & reinvented as per his whims. Not sure where else he'll sport that coronet or the cheetah-print suit, tho. (And I kinda hope the gold creepers get lost in transit.) WHEN QAL hits the road again, Adam will wow us with all new stuff! Just as a side note, we will see QAL clothing items ONLY if he does not want to deduct them as a business expense. From TurboTax, "Determine which work clothes are necessary for your job but not suitable to wear outside of work. However, just buying clothes specifically for work and never wearing them at any other time isn't good enough. The IRS has accepted deductions for theatrical costumes, hard hats and other safety gear." Now he may decide that those gold creepers are an everyday necessity and for red panda's mental health I hope he makes the same decision about the red shirt.
